Welcome to Old Salty 30A, located in fabulous Seacrest, Florida! Just a short walk or bike ride from the sugar sand beaches lining the Gulf of Mexico, this luxury beach house offers everything you’ll need for the perfect family vacation!

The beautifully furnished, two-story home, built in 2016, sleeps 12 and has five bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and large closet. It also features a large, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a huge island that seats four, white Quartz countertops and Shaker-style cabinetry. The dining table seats eight, and the living room features modern, coastal decor with Shiplap walls. The house also has free WIFI, Smart TVs in the living room and every bedroom, a ping-pong table, a washer and dryer, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home.

And the beach -- it's right at the end of the street! Walk or bike to the beach access at the end of Seacrest Drive at Highway 30A. And when you're tired of the beach? Come back to the house and enjoy the private, heated pool, complete with a tanning ledge where you can stay cool while enjoying the sun. Cook dinner using the gas grill in the outdoor kitchen, then enjoy your meal at the dining table on the back porch overlooking the pool. Be sure to save time for football, frisbee or sack races on the expansive quarter-acre lot, or just kick back and relax on the tree swing or under the ceiling fans in the Adirondack chairs on the front porch. The house's location between Alys Beach and The Hub at Watersound provides the perfect mix of beach adventure, retail therapy and peaceful relaxation.

Overall great trip

The pool heater wasn’t working which was kind of a bummer, but overall a great place to stay. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but do-able for sure, we had a great time!

Great Family Trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious and welcoming. The decor is lovely. The Wi-Fi did sometimes go out but then almost immediately came back on. It’s great to have the wagon to haul things to the beach. There are chairs, umbrellas, etc. For the pool there are inflatables, noodles, etc. Some inflatable items had leaks so we purchased a few more and left them for others to enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a Publix not far away and easy to get to. We went to Panama City beach a few times for restaurants or shopping. It is relatively close but at times there is a lot of traffic. We really enjoyed our time in the pool and the tanning location is great for relaxing while reading. One of the best parts of our stay at Old Salty is that there is a great hostess! Christine was very responsive and quick to answer any concerns or questions. The written instructions are good too. We had a terrific family stay!

Sweet Escape

Old Salty 30A provided a relaxing and comfortable space for our family to enjoy during our time in Florida! The layout is spacious and the heated pool ended up being a hit for us all as we dealt with chilly temps. We enjoyed the quiet street and found the location to be quite convenient to all the little coastal towns along 30A. The owner was always quick responding and a pleasure interacting with. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property again and again!

A great house!

We loved this house! Clean, nice decor, great for kids and family, well equipped with beach chairs and accessories, and a perfect pool for after the beach. We liked being within walking distance to the beach (though the walk was a little longer than we expected). We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Nice, large home with many amenities

We had a great time at Old Salty. Christine was great to work with and very responsive. We had no issues with the check in process or the property. We loved the bedrooms and private bathrooms and outdoor shower after returning from the beach. The distance to the beach is far enough and we used a vehicle to drop off beach goers and beach stuff. Christine had the chairs, a wagon, and plenty of beach and pool toys. (The distance was not a surprise to us. ) We enjoyed The Big Chill (The Hub). Kids wanted to go back…for the candy store and snow cones I believe! Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Lovely week at the beach

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children, ages 7, 4, & 2, stayed for a week, here. The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and met our needs nicely. We rented 2 golf carts which were definitely needed when we went to the beach. It is a far walk and with all the kids gear, chairs and umbrellas, walking was not really an option. We spent lots of time on the front porch and spent every afternoon in the pool. Mornings were our beach time. Christine was very easy to get a hold of and work with. We enjoyed our week!

A Little Piece of Paradise

What a lovely property and absolutely perfect for large groups, especially with small kiddos! The house checked the boxes on so many things including a large, spacious kitchen and gathering area, private bathrooms attached to each bedroom, a large playroom for kids, great outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining, heated pool and even an outdoor swing the small kids absolutely enjoyed! And a nice bonus was having the beach access right at the end of the street! We truly enjoyed our stay at Old Salty 30A. The host, Christine, was a true professional and was so kind and attentive to any of our questions and needs. We hope to be back again!

Fantastic house!

We had a great stay over spring break! Christine is extremely responsive, and even checked in to make sure everything was good. The house has plenty of room, a wonderful kitchen, and a lovely heated pool. The use of beach chairs was an added bonus. We’d definitely stay again!

Great Family House

Several families stayed in this house for Thanksgiving weekend. It has 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom which was a definite plus. The upstairs room was perfect for the kids and the ping pong table was an added bonus. We decided to heat the pool and so glad we did!! The kids swam everyday we were there. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was wonderful to work with and check in and out process easy!

Awesome stay!

I recently stayed with a group of 10 ladies, and we had a wonderful girls' weekend! The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was so nice having en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom! We also really enjoyed the backyard - the pool was great, and the porch was large enough for our whole group to eat, hang out, and relax. The beach access was a short walk right down the street. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others! Christine, the owner, was so wonderful - so responsive, helpful, and kind. She was great! Thank you, Christine, for a wonderful stay!

Family Vacation

Amazing property!!

Awesome house and location

The house was wonderful - exactly as described. It was great having a full bathroom with every bedroom. Our kids loved the upstairs bedroom/playroom. The pool and covered back deck was fantastic. The pool is full sun until late afternoon when the backyard trees provide nice shade over the water. The beach access was great, rarely crowded compared to other locations down the beach. The house is located between The Hub and Barrett Square at Rosemary Beach - a short drive or nice bike ride to each. We loved the house and would rent it again.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay here in May/June 2020. Home was exactly as described and beautiful, at the end of a quiet street. Pool was very nice, and great for the kids. Communication with Christine the owner was easy, and she's very helpful. House is in the perfect location on the beach near only single family residences and therefore the beach (which is just a short walk or drive to the acces) was never crowded. We highly recommend this home.

STOP searching - THIS is your beach house!!!

This place was amazing! It was built for a multi family stay! The place is immaculate and I absolutely love the decorating and style. The pool was a must and it was a short walk to the beach! We will be back next year and this will be our house again! I also can’t say enough about the owner - timely, helpful, accommodating - she is everything! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

We love the beaches of South Walton and the sophistication that comes with staying along 30A. Our beach house combines beautiful Florida coastal architecture with modern, clean design, just a short walk from the beach! Owning in Seacrest provides us the tranquility and amenities we need, while remaining close to the hustle and bustle of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, The Hub, Seaside and Watercolor.

What makes this property unique

We chose this house for several reasons, but especially because of the private, heated pool and expansive outdoor space. We have two covered porches -- complete with ceiling fans and an outdoor kitchen out back. And the huge bedroom upstairs is perfect for the kids in the group to relax, watch TV and sleep together in one room, both in the two double beds or in sleeping bags on the floor.
