Plenty of space for three families with two kids under three each. Especially enjoyed the beautiful downstairs bathroom and sunroom. Kids really enjoyed the outdoor play structure and fire pit. We plan to stay here again.
The property manager was helpful, and the pictures do not do this property justice! It was so gorgeous, and it was even better in person than I expected.
Very well maintained property. Close to trails with mountain views. We had an awesome time and will be back. Alaina and her husband were great hosts very accommodating. Check on us enough to show they care but not enough to be bothersome. I would highly recommend staying with them at one of their properties. House was updated and comfortable with lots to do. Great Stay!
My husband and our four children(13,10,5, 2 yrs) enjoyed this large roomy farmhouse. Definitely a home for an outdoorsy type family like us. We enjoyed every single thing about our stay. Lots of things outside for the kids and even adults to be endlessly entertained. Horseshoes, cornhole, hammock, tight rope, pond, playground, grilling, hot tubbing and throwing the ball around. It was nice for the kids to have their own space upstairs or in the second living space or sun room. The kitchen was well stocked and the house isn’t too far from a Dollar General if you need anything. It is a 30ish minute drive from the Hoochatown/Broken Bow touristy area, but we enjoyed being off the beaten path. The owner was incredibly attentive to detail and helpful to any need we had during our stay. Highly recommend The Farmhouse for families of all sizes and ages.
They had an amazing property and were extremely hospitable without hovering. The place was gorgeous and clean. The sheets were so soft as were the towels. The hot tub next to the sun room was an amazing point on why this property was selected and did not disappoint
We had a tremendous time at this AirBnB and the host was SUPER hospitable. She will do whatever she can to help make your stay as comfortable as possible and I highly recommend you stay here. It should be known however that there is NO INTERNET! We didn't catch this omission in the details of this cabin(Our own fault) and between that and no cell coverage(except AT&T which had great signal), I was forced to ask the host and she provided a small mobile router to allow me to work some on Friday. Though I appreciated the effort to provide internet, it was still very slow and I ended up getting faster speed from a family members hotspot feature on their cell phone(AT&T service). To clarify....it was my own fault for not knowing internet would be at the cabin and the host did everything in her power to help me. I highly recommend this AirBnB....it was actually quite refreshing to not have everyone on their phones all the time.
We had an amazing time at this property the farmhouse. Alaina and her husband were wonderful hosts and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. She had everything we could think of and it was nice and clean!!!
Alaina was the most hospitable host ever. So nice and welcoming! The property was very beautiful inside and out and my family and I had a wonderful experience being able to get away from city life for a weekend. Even though my family was asking for Wifi, Alaina went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. I can’t wait to book with her again. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend getaway please don’t hesitate to book with Alaina!
The owners were so hospitable and personable. Alaina, almost full term preggo, came to meet us and ensure we had everything we needed for a great little getaway. She was accompanied by her husband who became a fast friend of my husband, as they chatted for quite a while. The property was massive and we were able to do sack races, spoon relays, tug o war and relay races with no problems. It was overall a great stay and we all wished we could stay just a day or two longer. Very hard getting back to the real world after such a nice weekend away.
We look forward to staying again and we're praying for a safe delivery of you alls new little one :-).
We absolutely loved staying here. My husband and I would get up most mornings before the sun came up and could hear the animals around waking up. It was so peaceful. 40 min or so drive to town. But living in a city, it was nice to be able to get away from everything. The house was absolutely wonderful. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room so we didn't feel like we were crowded at all.
We had a group of 4 couples, some with children various ages but none over the age of 5. From the beginning of the reservation Alaina was very attentive and quick to answer any questions I had about the area, things to do, places to see, etc. The cabin was very clean and spacious. We asked about going hiking but ended up not even leaving the property! With the playground, fishing, and lots of room to roam the kids were all very occupied with exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, soap and other essentials. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I've had renting a property, I definitely recommend this place!
This property was phenomenal. We enjoyed all the space and had a great time staying here. Alaina was quick at responding to any of our needs, was super attentive and helpful. I would recommend anyone staying here!
We were very impressed with how attentive Alaina was from the beginning to the end. She was extremely good at communicating and answering all my questions. The house was clean and very roomy. We also enjoyed the property and all it has to offer. It is a quite a drive to get to town but it is well worth it. Thanks again for the great accommodations!
We took our teenage and adult kids for our Christmas vacation this year and really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel like they had their own space. I loved the large kitchen, the jetted tub in the master bathroom, and how it was so cutely decorated for Christmas. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The owner is very sweet and quick to respond to messages. I was, however, disappointed to find out the the piano was severely out of tune. It was actually one of the selling points for me when I booked this cabin as I have two daughters that play and sing and we were looking forward to time around the piano singing Christmas songs. The mattresses were comfortable, but the wooden bed frames were very loud. If you make any movement at all, the frames creak and that can make for long nights for light sleepers. Overall, it is a beautiful farm house that the owners take care of very well and it's wonderful place to spend time together as a family. If you have Verizon, you will not have cell service out there, which was something we quite enjoyed :)
My friends and I had an awesome stay. Everything met our expectations. We wanted a peaceful getaway at a spacious, beautiful location and that is exactly what we received. We were met by the owner who greeted us with a beautiful smile and willingness to help us with anything we needed.
The cabin is so great, all the exterior and interior amenities are incredible. We went 8 adults with toddlers which have a lot of fun, plenty of space for all to enjoy.
We booked the farmhouse for a large family Christmas. There was plenty of room for all of us! We especially loved the back living space and the spacious kitchen for gathering. We took a 2 and 4 year old and they loved the upstairs (which are short, shallow stairs easy for kiddos to walk up and down) space as well as playing outside on the tightrope, swingset, and making s’mores by the campfire. We plan to return next year! :)

The best cabin I’ve ever stayed in!!!
This cabin is 10 times better than what’s described and shown on vrbo. Absolutely gorgeous, updated, super clean and very well kept and cared for and the host Alaina is extremely friendly and very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone considering a relaxed vacation in the area. Thank you again Alaina.
