Lovely master bedroom suite with a large spacious jacuzzi tub and shower. Guest room with additional shower. Bonus sitting/reading room with sofa bed and treadmill. Beautiful 30 ft. saltwater waterfall pool and spa with views of the Estrella Mountain range. Resort style backyard where you can curl up on a lounge chair and read a good book. Misters are installed for those enjoying the patio when the temperatures are warm. Misters reduce temperature on patio by at least 15 degrees. A fountain by the patio gives one the feeling of being at a spa. Putting green in backyard. Picturesque sunset views. Close to shopping, gym, restaurants, hiking trails (Telegraph Pass at South Mountain) and more. 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Two new high-end bicycles for those of you who love to bike. Paradise with everything that you need

This was by far the best VRBO that we have stayed at. It had absolutely everything required to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. This beautiful home has so many amenities and the fully stocked kitchen including condiments, spices and wonderful additional touches. Five stars all the way!!

Fabulous

This home is beautiful inside and out. It was super comfortable with lots of reclining seating. The kitchen has everything you could need including spices. We slept well in the very comfortable bed. The misters on the eaves of the patio were very helpful in dropping the temperature making the patio area a more pleasant temperature. Loved listening to all the different birds while drinking my morning tea.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at many vacation homes and by far this was the best home we have stayed at. The house is beautifully decorated and it was fully stocked. We made many meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, the pool table and the bikes. We will definitely be returning.

Great Getaway!

Visited Arizona for some sun and relaxation and found both at your beautiful home. The area felt very safe, centrally located for hiking, sightseeing and found some great breweries and of course Mexican food . The "Welcome" bottle of champagne was perfect after our flight, the house was immaculate and keyless entry perfect! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a hike and sightseeing. Ron was very responsive to all our questions and look forward to visiting again.

Exceeds expectations!

Beautiful home on the 12th green of the Ahwatukee Foothills Golf Course. Covered patio so you can enjoy the outdoors in the shade if you so choose. Lovely pool. All amenities as described and kitchen fully equipped. Too many nice touches to enumerate. Host easily reached and questions answered. Highly recommend the property. Wld rent again if coming to the PHX area. That says it all. Btw, we had a family of Great Horned Owls-2 adults and 2 young-in one of the palm trees. Nothing like a little Mother Nature to complete the picture.

Exceptional home

This was the perfect home for our week away. The house was exceptionally clean and well supplied & decorated. Her attention to details made us feel right at home. She gave us multiple contact numbers should the need arise to reach them. Being the home is so well cared for, the visit went smooth and we had no issues. Being able to park in the garage was a bonus. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be a repeat renter.

Fantastic property

This property was perfect for what we wanted. We enjoyed our meals poolside and watched the sunset every night. It was very relaxing and comfortable. Would stay here again without any hesitation. We had a couple questions on the pool operation and the owners went above and beyond to help us. Contact and communication was immediate and easy. Seemed to really want us to enjoy all that their property had to offer.

Arizona Getaway - Metallica, Family, and more...

Had a great time in Phoenix. We came down to visit family and attend two Metallica concerts. The visiting went as planned, but one of the concerts was cancelled due to the lead singer having covid. We explored the area, did some shopping, and even went to open mic night at a comedy club. The house was great. Plenty of room for us. We had everything we needed. Thanks for a great experience!

Great house to relax at the pool and enjoy ammenities!

We came to Arizona to relax for a week poolside. This house has everything you could possibly want. It was extremely clean and the furnishings/decor were very well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the different seating areas available outside and the ceiling fan and misters in the evening. The backyard is very nicely landscaped and provided a wonderful atmosphere! The owners were very welcoming and answered any questions we had right away. We will definitely want to come back!

Large, private GETAWAY

Wonderful property, corner lot, backs to golf course, never heard a peep from the only next door neighbor. Owners were quick to respond to questions. Spent more time in the backyard than anywhere else in the home, barely watched tv. The master bath is especially spacious and elegant, with travertine galore! Highly recommended!

Our Phoenix Trip at Ahwatukee

Our stay was perfect! Our morning coffee overlooking the pool and onto the golf course was so beautiful and relaxing. The home was spacious and Immaculate. It had all the amenities and more. I had to contact Cherie on a very small issue, and she responded promply. Issue resolved! I rate it a 5 star, because it is a 5 star.. We would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you Cherie and Ron for sharing your beautiful home!

Beautiful property and great owners

This house was perfect! We were a bit nervous as I think we were their first visitors but we needn’t have been. Communication throughout was excellent, welcome basket waiting for us, coffee, cream, Prosecco! House is very close to stores and restaurants but we cooked on their bbq for the most part. Ate on the patio every night and swam for hours! Beds were very comfortable, en-suite bathroom was beautiful and came with bath bombs, lotions and loofah! They have thought of Everything! We will make a point of staying here again. This was our 6th time renting in Phoenix and this was our best experience yet!

We Highly Recommend

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and Cherie and Ron were wonderful from the beginning. They were quick to respond, friendly, and their house was beautiful. When we got there everything was clean, they had left a very nice note congratulating us, and they had clear instructions for all of the different operable items in their home. We loved swimming in the pool and watching the sunset from the patio with the misters on. Phoenix is a massive city, so everything was about a 25 minute drive. We didn't mind, because their home is in a very safe area. We highly recommend anyone looking at their home to book it.

The Most Amazing Place to stay!!!

This house, location attention to detail, the owners were just immaculate. I can't write enough about the accommodation in this home. The location is superb. The neighborhood quiet and simply beautiful. We stayed 8 days and were in heaven. We traveled two days to Sedona which was my life long trip. Spectacular!! Again, if you want comfort, and all the amenities you can imagine, reach out. I give the owners first and foremost the credit, the house is a 10. We need more stars for real, so i will make my own. I give this owner and their home a 10 plus plus!! Will definitely come back when in the area of Phoenix. Just WOWWW!!! 💙💙💙

Beautiful Home!

This house is perfect. If your thinking about renting from Scott and Irene do it, you wont be disappointed. The house itself is close to premium outlets and restaurants. A golf course is literally in the back yard! The pool and hot tub are perfect even late at night. The house itself is HUGE. Room in the garage for 2 cars. The owners thought of everything. A wine gift basket was on the counter waiting for us at check in. The pictures dont do the property justice, its beautiful. Huge thank you to Scott and Irene for extending our stay last minute. By far our best VBRO experience. We will be going out of our way to rent from them again!

Ahwatukee HOT

Excellent property listing. I hate to draw positive attention to the listing because it might make it more challenging to secure again. First class accommodations on every level. Highlights: lush, private pool. Hot tub, gas grill, misters under a spacious porch canopy. Huge master bed and bath. Many extras: daily coffee, beach towels, volleyball, putting green, pool table, ice. Well-stocked kitchen. Location was great to our needs. Quick access to both east and west valley as well as the airport and University. Only the record heat made things a challenge, but no better place to be for that! Sleeps 4 perfectly. Our 5th guest had pull out sofa in the extra room. Would love to come back.

FABULOUS HOME, WONDERFUL STAY

Just imagine you have a wealthy friend, who has a million dollar executive home in a very posh neighborhood in Phoenix. The home is furnished to the ultimate with the very high end furnishings and accessories you might expect in a home like this. Every need (and almost every want) has been thought of, and taken care of. NOW, imagine this friend has allowed you to stay at his house for a week while they are out of town. This is how we felt when we entered the home and throughout our stay. Now add some really GREAT owners, who are very responsive, and care about their guests, and you have THE BEST rental home possible in the Foothills area. Pictures don't do it justice ... Incredibly perfect home!

We've rented quite a few times from VRBO. This was, by far, the best one yet! It was easy to find and in a great neighborhood. The home was beautiful, spacious, very clean and modern with so, so many amenities, comfortable beds, and a great floor plan. If you forget to bring something, there's a high probability that the owners have supplied it for you in the house. Speaking of the owners, they were so incredibly kind and easy to reach when we needed them. Just wonderful people! We also enjoyed the pool, putting green, pool table, and the books and games in the office. There's also many great restaurants nearby. My husband, daughter, and I were here for a week vacation. This was our first time to visit Phoenix. Although it was extremely hot, we had a wonderful time! We are already wanting to plan our next visit to this property! It was just perfect! You could look for days and wouldn't find anything better than this!!!

Lovely home but property listing should be updated

This is a lovely home with nice outdoor space. This would have been a 5 star rating if property description didn’t have a few inaccuracies. Communication with owners was generally seamless. There were a few breezy days while we were and screen blew off one of the back windows - not something that was an issue as it was way quite warm and we weren’t looking to open windows. There is a grill that we attempted to use. It lit and went out about 30 seconds later and we couldn’t get it lit again. There is a raised entryway that essentially divides the property. The entryway is a dark color stone and the flooring that leads to the entryway is also a dark colored laminate. It makes the step difficult to see and someone in my party tripped and took a hard fall onto the stone flooring injuring his knee and shoulder. Something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility or balance issues. A couple of minor issues issues with the property description. The 2nd bedroom is described as a queen bed - it’s not a queen bed - it’s a full size bed. This was verified by the sheets provided. The master bedroom is described as a King Bed - it’s a California King - not a King. There is a difference (4 inches shorter in width but 4 inches longer in length.) The listing makes no reference to the cameras on the property. I use VRBO because their policies require property owners to disclose cameras. I do not like the feeling of being watched.

Golf vacation

La maison est parfaite et très propre. Elle est situé dans un beau quartier tranquille. L’hôte est très gentille et répond très rapidement aux questions. La cuisine est très bien équipée, rien ne manque pour la préparation des repas. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette maison pour votre prochain séjour en Arizona. Cherie is the founder and a current owner of WE Trust Company, a Seattle fiduciary services company. She is currently the Board Chair while she explores retirement. Ron is a founder of a downtown Seattle law firm with which he is still affiliated but also is entering retirement retaining a focus on a very small number of long-time clients. Ron and Cherie were active boat owners for many years. As they entered retirement, they chose to sell the boat and purchase this house in Phoenix to spend more time with their daughter and son-in-law, Irene and Scot and travel. They continue to own their home in La Conner, Washington and spend their summer and fall there.
