Luxury Beach House On Balboa Island!

This is a new luxury beach house in the center of Balboa Island off of Newport Beach. It is easy walking distance to everything! In 3 minutes you could be on the sand or in the quiet town shopping. Our house is 3 stories with 3 patios and fireplaces, a master chef kitchen, family-sized professional washer & dryer, 3 bedrooms plus a loft with a bed and 1/2 bath and 5 bathrooms (3 full bathroom and 2 additional 1/2 bathrooms). Recently remodeled, new, and a great deal!

Excellent host and property
One of the nicest rentals in Balboa Island. Host was fantastic. Well worth the premium over others. Highly recommend. House is in perfect condition and fully equipped. Pictures accurately reflect home.

Extended weekend on Balboa Island
We loved this house! Spacious living area, well appointed, great outdoor areas. The property manager couldn't have been more helpful and responsive when we had a question. I highly recommend this property!

The house is loaded with the owner’s belongings and there is no space for renters. The closets and drawers throughout the house are filled. There is a hanging rack in the middle of the master bedroom to hang clothes. Even the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator are full. The only space for groceries is on the counter tops. As we strongly recommended to Adam, the house needs a deep cleaning before guests arrive. The owners have dogs and dog hair (and dog beds) can be found throughout the house. The refrigerator was filthy with mold on most items including a large iced tea jug which had a layer of mold on top of the tea. We complained to Adam and he asked us to remove the moldy items. The lack of effort to make a positive guest experience is troubling. We have rented several other luxury homes on Vrbo and this experience was by far the worst. It’s a shame because the house is nice and it should be a 5 star experience. But, the owners need to make it more accommodating for guests.

Amazing Balboa Island House
This house was stunning. We have rented houses on the island multiple times and this was the nicest, most beautiful house by far. The house was in an ideal location - very short walk to Marine Avenue for shopping and dining and a quick walk to the ferry for a trip to the wave beach, fun zone and other Newport Beach fun. The owner was really easy-going, helpful and always responded very quickly to my questions. We had a very fun and memorable vacation and would love to stay in this house again next time we're in the area.
