Quaint Lake Front cottage that's perfect for a single person, a large family of 8 or a small group of friends. Enjoy a 440 acre lake in the beautiful Irish Hills.

Outdoor amenities include:
40ft dock, Outdoor shower, Front yard fire pit, Back yard fire pit, Propane grill/griddle, huge Charcoal grill, wood deck, two kayaks, paddle boat, and sandy beach area to relax or play.

Indoor amenities:
4k tv in the newly remodeled living room with blue-ray player. All furniture is brand new. Fully stocked kitchen with new dishes, silverware and cookware. The house contains one pull-out couch and one couch convertible (one in the living area, one in the loft), two twin beds (loft-bedroom) with wall-mounted DVD players and one queen bed (master). (One AC unit in loft bedroom and one AC unit on main floor.)
No need to worry if the weather doesn't cooperate with you. Sit inside and watch the wildlife right out the windows or play one of the many games left for you to enjoy. Stocked with everything you'll need except for personal items.

Completely remodeled cottage that includes, new hardwood flooring throughout main floor, new kitchen cabinets and counters, all new appliances, new iron out system and water softener, new master bath, remodeled main bath, new deck and more.

Great Location. Perfect for trips with Little Ones

My family and I had a great time at this location. The kids enjoyed swimming in the lake and making use of the kayaks on the property. They even made friends with the bluegills near the dock! The appliances/windows/doors are all newly renovated. The upstairs room can get a little hot even with the A/C running, so be sure to have some fans on.

Quaint Cottage in Paradise

Beautifully furnished inside and outside. Brand new windows with screens for bringing the beautiful outdoors in to the comfy living room chairs where I sipped coffee and listened to the critters outside. Slept with the windows open each night in May. Paddled around the serene lake. So close to Michigan International Speedway that we could come and go in- between race activities. It was the perfect size for 3 adults. Fully-stocked kitchen and plenty of TP, paper towels, towels, extra blankets, and everything we needed. Host was super responsive with restaurant recommendations and to help answer any questions we had.

Beautiful place

The property is exactly ad advertised. It was ideal for our us with our two young daughters. The private beach was a huge plus! Everything is so well maintained and the owners had fantastic communication. We had unpredictable issues in the areas due to storms but still managed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Lake Cabin

This cabin was the perfect place for my family to stay. I loved having access to the kayaks every morning. My kids loved the calm swimming area out back. The cabin is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

Great Stay!

Our family stayed here for a Labor Day getaway and had a great time. The home is in great condition and we had a great time with the paddle boat and kayaks. Great job of having all the "extras" in place for a perfect stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect lake cabin for family

We had a wonderful time! The property was super clean and well stocked to accommodate a family with all the necessary toys, amenities and supplies for a lake retreat. We caught a lot of fish off the dock and rented a pontoon boat which was easy to dock given the location. The owners clearly take pride in the property and making sure those who stay have a good time.

Adorable, well equipped and great location!

Wonderful stay here! Hosts were very communicative, very close to everything including the race track, kayaks were fun, nightly fires but mosquitoes were tough, swimming in lake a blast! House is adorably decorated and well equipped- even had a blender! We had a great time!

Perfect cottage & getaway

We enjoyed this cottage so much! It has so many wonderful touches, both inside & out, you can tell the owners take great pride in this cottage! We loved the location and communication with the owners was just wonderful. Lots to do in the area, but we also enjoyed the peace and quiet as well. Lots of games to pass the time if needed! Fun and relaxing week!

Very relaxing week. The outdoor pictures of this property do not do it justice. The house is very clean inside and bigger than the pictures make it look. And the house was well stocked with everything you need. We fished off the dock, and rented a pontoon boat that worked out well at the dock. Chris and Mary were responsive if we ever need any information from them.

Great time at the lake

My family of 6 (kids aged 11, 10, 3, 1) had a wonderful time at this property. Beautiful views, kayaking, paddle boating, fishing, morning walks were all excellent. The property is very well equipped and the owner is easy to work with. The surrounding area is unique and interesting. There are abandoned tourist traps from the 1950s. Walkable amenities are an ice cream shop and a convenience store but not much else. The nearby state park has a nice beach area that the kids enjoyed immensely.

Perfect Lake Getaway

My young family loved staying at this property. The best part for us was swimming in the lake and playing in the private beach area. The owners provided kayaks and beach toys which was a very nice bonus. We will definitely be back!
