Semi-detached villa with park and splendid swimming pool for private use. On the ground floor the house consists of a large room with TV area, a kitchen equipped with a comfortable dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with tub. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The owners, a very hospitable couple, live in the basement apartment of the villa with private entrance and courtyard. A small brick structure with a wood oven, barbecue, worktop and marble sink is attached to the house. Everything is surrounded by a large garden with a masonry swimming pool and a relaxation area, enriched by a fresh pergola with table and chairs. Available for guests, private parking inside the property. The all inclusive formula includes energy consumption relating to water, electricity and gas, internet connection and final cleaning. In winter, if the heating system is used, the relative consumption of € 100.00 per week is calculated and charged. The deposit of Euro 300.00 is to be given on arrival in cash. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren als Familie 6 Personen und Enkel (2 J.) mit der Unterkunft und dem Pool sehr zufrieden. Ein erholsamer Urlaub, wunderschöne Gegend und riesiger Garten, der viele schattige Plätze zum Sitzen und Essen im Freien bietet. Der Pool ist groß und tief genug um schwimmen zu können, der Einstieg uber eine Treppe ist auch für Kleinkinder geeignet. Am Pool ermöglicht ein Pavillon mit Vorhängen auch das Liegen im Schatten. Die Ausstattung ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Aufenthalt im Garten macht es wett. Carlo, der Besitzer war sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich stets im Hintergrund zur Verfügung gehalten und für Sauberkeit gesorgt. Alle unsere Wünsche und Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.

Schöne Urlaubswoche mit wunderbarem Pool

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (7, 5 und 1 Jahr). Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Stockwerke und hat zwei Außenbereiche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber das wunderschön gestaltete und sehr gepflegte Grundstück mit dem Pool und dem schönen Pavillon. Die Kinder haben es geliebt! Vielen Dank an Carlo und seine Frau, die sich um alles gekümmert haben! Vielen Dank!

De plek is super de omgeving top de tuin is prachtig het zwembad het einde het huis is mooi maar een update van het interieur zou het fantastisch hebben gemaakt maar je bent 90% van de tijd buiten dus helemaal goed

Superbe sejour - meteo chaud chaud

Location conforme à l’annonce Proprietaire habitant au rez-de-chaussée de la maison mais très discrets Seul bémol ils ne parlent que l’italien mais on a réussi à se faire comprendre avec les traducteurs en ligne Extérieur et piscine magnifiques Avec la chaleur une climatisation aurait été la bienvenue mais des ventilateurs étaient mis à disposition. Beautiful private pool

The host Carlo and his wife are very welcoming and want the guests to feel good and be content. The house has all you need for cooking and dining. The outdoor facilities are the definite upside of this property. There are very good conditions for eating outside and the pool is exclusively available for the guests. The garden is very well maintained and beautifully arranged with trees and flowers. The downside for some of us was the noise from dogs barking in the surrounding area. Camaiore town is a small town, however, it has very good grocery shopping posibilities. There are good bus connections in the area.

Eigenes Haus im Hinterland von Viareggio

Für uns war es der erste Aufenthalt in der Toskana. Die Casa ist unterhalb einer Bergkette gelegen. Bei entsprechendem Wetter stauen sich hier also die Wolken, während im circa 25 Minuten entfernten Strandabschnitt von Viareggio schon die Sonne scheint. Im Sommer sicherlich kühlend. Daher aber für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht optimal gelegen. Auch wegen der Nachbarn und störenden Verkehrs. Das Haus (eigentlich 2 Stück, da Verwandte ein weiteres Haus auf dem Grundstück besetzen) ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht als Familie. Auch um selbst Frühstück oder Essen zuzubereiten ist alles möglich. Natürlich entschädigt der Garten und Pool vieles! Die Eigentümer sind freundlich und sehr zurückhaltend, wohnen zwischenzeitlich im selben Haus im Keller. Sauberkeit und Arbeiten drumherum (Müll, Pool reinigen, …) erledigen sie ohne das man es mitbekommt. Das Dorf hat alles für das Alltägliche zu bieten. Inkl. Supermercato, Fruttivendolo, Bicicletta, Panificio, Ristorante, Mercato settimanale, …

Sehr schöne Anlage

Eine wirklich sehr schön gepflegte Anlage. Vorallem der grosse Garten und das Pool waren für uns mit Kleinkinder das Highlight. Auch die Nähe zum Dorf, Strand und viele andere schöne Ortschaften waren perfekt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Aufenthalt in Camaiore

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Wir haben den Aufenthalt im August 2023 in Camaiore sehr genossen. Beim Haus ist alles vorhanden und die Gartenanlage mit dem Pool zur Alleinbenutzung ist sehr schön. Grosszügigerweise wurden uns die Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Waschmaschine ist Gold wert. Die Anlage ist etwas ausserhalb gelegen und für den Einkauf und für den Besuch ans Meer, muss das Auto genommen werden. Die Besitzer der Liegenschaft waren sehr nett und haben uns mit Präsenten verwöhnt. Obwohl die Besitzer im gleichen Haus wohnen (im Parterre mit separatem Eingang), wurde die Privatsphäre eingehalten. Einzig müssten die Bratpfannen ersetzt werden, diese sind defekt und das Kochen in diesen ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir würden diese Liegenschaft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Très belles vacances

Nos vacances dans cette maison ont été parfaites. La maison est bien située et le cadre est idyllique. Le magnifique jardin et la piscine sont les points forts de cet hébergement. La maison est bien équipée et spacieuse. Les propriétaires, logeant en dessous, sont discrets et toujours disponibles pour repondre a nos questions. Ils font preuvent d'une grande générosité avec leurs hôtes.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen gelungenen Toskanaurlaub

Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden: eine saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, ein toller Garten (eher ein Park), ein großer, sauberer Pool, eine perfekte Lage des Hauses, um die Toskana zu erkunden und sehr sehr nette Vermieter. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank.

Tolles Haus mit traumhaften Garten

Wir haben die Tage in Camaiore sehr genossen. Carlo und seine Frau Enrica waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Der sehr gepflegte Garten einer schon fast an einem Park. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Lage ist fantastisch. Man kann den Ort zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichen, es gibt schöne Wandermöglichkeiten und mit dem Auto sind lohnendete Ziele in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit.

Dream vacation at Casa Enrica

We truly had a dream vacation at Casa Enrica. We traveled with two little kids and my mother to Carlo’s house. The house is exactly as shown on the pictures and described. We spend a lot of time in the wonderful pool, prepared delicious dinners at the little outdoor cooking area and ate every meal at the gazebo. The entire property is well taken care off and the house was very clean. Carlo, his wife and the family are wonderful, warm welcoming hosts who are also super kids friendly. Beautiful attractions are close with Florence 1 hour by car, Pisa 45min, beaches in Viareggio 20min and Lucca 30min. Supermarket, little restaurants and bars, gelatteria and kiosks in town also in walking distance (20 min by foot). We had a wonderful time and hope to come back one day.

Perfecte ligging, aardige gastheer en heerlijk zwembad

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad!! Positief: dit huis is een goede uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes naar bijvoorbeeld Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Cinque Terre en het strand. Camaiore is een leuk plaatsje met heerlijke restaurants en leuke winkeltjes en nog niet erg toeristisch. Carlo, de gastheer, praat alleen Italiaans, dus communiceren was wat moeizaam, maar hij deed enorm zijn best om het ons naar de zin te maken. We kregen wijn en fruit, erg lekker. De keuken is wat gedateerd en er zijn wat onderdelen aan vervanging toe, maar alles werkte en het huis is compleet ingericht Minpuntjes; Een airconditioning zou een verblijf PERFECT maken. Er stond één ventilator voor het hele huis. Het was tijdens ons verblijf erg heet en dus moesten de ramen wel open om iets verkoeling te krijgen. Daardoor s nachts veel omgevingsgeluiden (honden van de buren en redelijk drukke weg waar vooral s morgens vroeg hard gereden wordt) waardoor de nachten dus erg heet en erg kort waren. Daarbij kregen de muggen met openstaande ramen ook alle kans....

Traumhaft schöne Villa mit Pool

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in dieser wunderschönen Villa und wir lieben den Aufenthalt dort. Der Garten ist riesig und superschön, der Pool mit Sprungbrett und mit Liegestühlen ausgestattet - wir bewegen uns außer mal zum Strand überhaupt nicht von der Villa weg. Wir kommen sicher auch ein drittes Mal 😍

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für Sommertage

Toller Garten, genialer Pool mit genügend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeit in der Sonne und im Schatten, schöne Laube für Frühstück und Abendessen mit Grillhaus. Drinnen alles vorhanden - ein wenig kleiner als gedacht. Für die Anreise mit grösserem Auto wäre in Anfahrtsplan rund ums Dorf noch gut. Kleiner gemütlicher Spaziergang in den typischen italienischen Ort, nah zum Lido und dem Meer und den Bergen. Und nette Vermieterfamilie, die sich um alles toll kümmert. Was will man mehr?
