This home is a short drive to Lake Wenatchee State Park, perfect for swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding. Even more sights are just a quick drive away, like river rafting four miles away or horseback riding in Plain eight miles east. Seasonal adventure awaits with skiing at Stevens Pass 27 miles north, or Bavarian festivals, shopping, and dining south in Leavenworth 22 miles south.

This is a quiet neighborhood with quiet hours between 9pm and 8am. Parties of any type are not allowed.
Please be aware that a 4x4, chains, or traction tires may be required during winter months, this home has a steep driveway.

Beautiful location

The location was beautiful with views of the lake and close to the state park and other hiking. About 25 minutes to Leavenworth. The house was big and had plenty of space for everyone in our group (3 couples and one single adult). The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable. We could manage for two nights but would have been difficult if we were staying longer.

Winter Wonderland

The house and property were beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked. Being from Hawaii all the snow was magical. The view of the lake and mountains were amazing. We had an awesome time.

Beautiful house to stay in

It was clean and comfortable, espeacially hot tub is very nice. Only downside was that it was cold in the basement rooms.

Home away

The house was plenty big enough for our large family. Beds aren't very comfortable and we had to do alot of cleaning the day we arrived because there was trash on the bathroom floors and the kitchen floor was extremely sticky I also has to wash all the dishes we needed because they were dirty from previous people. There was no basic necessities available like foil, plastic wrap, baggies and we only had 4 trash bags provided and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom so I had to buy all of that stuff to get through the week long stay.

Peaceful retreat

We enjoyed this home for our 3 generation family. We (grandparents) stayed on the main floor, older grandkids on the top floor & young kids with parents on the bottom. Main floor was perfect. Upstairs was warm & downstairs was very, very cold. Being from Hawaii, we’re not familiar with heating so maybe there was a way to control heat by floors? The property itself was perfect. Bring your own coffee & creamer. They only provide enough coffee for two cups & no creamer. Grandparents called dibs on the coffee! Mahalo!!

Family ski trip

Clean spacious house. Perfect for us. Only a 30 minute drive to Stevens pass. We also were able to drive the same distance to visit Leavenworth.

Very mixed feelings

Overall, we had a good time. The location right on lake Wenatchee is great, and the size of the place and the number of bedrooms made it perfect for our family group of 8. The price was very high compared to anything we rented before so our expectations were high but it was a special occasion with family visiting from out of the country that we hadn't seen in a long time. However, when we arrived on a Sunday at 6 pm, it was a huge letdown to find that no one came to clean the house. Almost all the beds were slept in, almost all the towels had been used and they were no extra sheets or towels anywhere. We had to do several loads of laundry before we could do anything. Vacasa Customer service was very disappointing, they had no clue what happened and we couldn't talk directly to the local manager!!! They finally came to clean the house the next day but it was too late, not to mention we are going through a pandemic and it was very uncomfortable to know nothing was cleaned before our arrival... We made the best of it as much as we could and we finally were able to talk to the local manager who let us have extra time for check out (after asking for it). The place was surprisingly lacking in thoughtfulness and extra touches for the price. No dresser in the master bedroom, no extra sheets or pillows/ blankets, or essentials like toilet paper/laundry or dish detergent and such. No coffee/ tea/sugar like in many places. Just no wow and using the house's basic features and location as the reason for the price. It didn't ruin our vacation as we were so happy to see each other and tried to laugh about it but will definitely not rent this place again or any place managed by Vacasa for that matter.

Girls weekend

Such a lovely cabin! Very clean and well equipped. We woke up to six inches of snow Saturday and went for a walk in it . . . came back to warm up by the fireplace with hot chocolate. Thanks for the memories.

Dreamy mountain lake getaway

The perfect space and place for our Friendsgiving! We were two families with kiddos ages 2.5 - 5. The house was well laid out for our two families. Plenty of space and beds and bathrooms. We loved that the living room featured a fireplace to cozy up together with the television elsewhere in a cozy loft/nook for movies (we are not TV centric folks). The kitchen was well equipped for preparing our feast although we did bring a few favorite pots and pans and whatnot just in case. We probably would have been fine without bringing anything extra. The hot tub was a real plus with a view of the lake. We loved watching the lake from the house and the short drive to Lake Wenatchee State Park made adventures there so easy. No toys/books for younger kiddos as some rentals sometimes have, so definitely bring your own if littles are about. The home was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

Tranquil beauty

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property. Quiet area with breathtaking views. Hiking at the near by park was fabulous and just 30 minutes from Leavenworth. Only thing to point out was the AC wasn’t working properly. Fortunately the evening temps cool down the house but windows did need to be opened. No one stayed upstairs so that was t an issue but could have been. All and all we have an amazing stay.

Long weekend for wedding

Great space for family group at the lake for a wedding - well equipped kitchen, clean unit, well stocked with linens etc , easy check in and out, comfortable beds, room to spread out. Central AC was a godsend for the heat dome temps, although upstairs bedrooms did get a little warm - maybe get a few portable fans on hand just in case ? Hot tub was clean and hot, and outdoor grill worked well for a family barbecue - deck has a view of water and we enjoyed our morning coffee there!. Good off street parking - easy to find with google maps. Thanks for sharing with us!

Very nice lake view home

This is a nicely located property and house overlooking Lake Wenatchee and about 10 minutes from State Park with beach and boat launch facility. The house was clean and well-maintained. We were just a little surprised that the main sitting room, on main floor, didn't have a TV (we were there during Olympics). There is a TV upstairs in smaller sitting area. Beds were serviceable, but somewhat spartan on bottom floor. Overall a very nice place for a vacation with extended family.

Nice place to stay. We stayed for 3 days with 11 people. Accommodated all well. However the hot tub didn’t work as expected and there is no accessible to the lake from this house.

Our family vacation at Lake Wenatchee Getaway

Ten of us, all family, stayed at this beautiful property for six nights, July 11-17. The five bedroom home accommodated us nicely. We loved the various spaces for all or parts of our group to gather. The home was well stocked with necessities for our stay--towels, washer/dryer and laundry soap, salt and pepper and a few spices, a nice grill even though we did not use it, hand/bath/dish soap, kitchen wraps, etc. We were coming and going all the time as we wanted to swim (at the park, not easy to reach the water near the cabin), look at scenery, go to Leavenworth, etc., etc. Getting to and from the home was easy and parking was adequate for our four vehicles. Loved the view of the trees and the lake and really enjoyed the weather. We had a great time and would definitely rent this property again.

Well maintained home, lots of bedrooms

The home was great, lots of room for 8 adults to relax and spend a few days away from the daily grind. Well maintained home and everything worked as planned. We did encounter a few hiccups along the way- nothing to spoil the weekend, but just enough to be annoying as we needed to address the issues. First, it had snowed a fair amount, well over a foot of snow. The driveway had been plowed at some point but had 5 or 6 inches of snow still in the driveway, which made getting into the driveway tricky, but we knew that was a possibility and we all had 4x4s... so no problem. However none of the walkways had been shoveled and all had 2 plus feet of snow. We had to hand shovel the driveway and all the walkways ourselves. We shoveled part of the main deck as we were worried about it having 2 feet of snow on it. The WiFi had been reset and did not work. We were able to get in touch with a property manager, but by then we had reset the router ourselves. There was no ice maker ice trays only. There were no garbage bags, no dish soap, dish towels or dishwashing soap. All not a huge problem, but it did mean going back out to purchase items that should have been provided. None of this took away from the home or our fun, just a few things to know before you go. Not a huge deal, but we did need to go back out to get

We had a fabulous time!

The house comfortably fit family from 4 to 64 years old. Great gathering room with a cozy fire. The hot tub made for a relaxing retreat. Easy access to snowshoeing, Cross country skiing and sledding. Great reception so we could watch the Seahawks!
