I am a Creative Director from California who has hosted people in Costa Rica & now I'm creating new Lofts, Apple Orchards, and intentional communities in the Mid-Ohio Valley, where I grew up. I've designed sustainable communities throughout the rainforest and beaches of Costa Rica & blending what I've learned in my travels for new cozy places to call home.

I'm the author of books on motivation, self-help, health, and have been a coach at Universities & to Fortune 500s companies for over a decade.

My properties are sustainable in every way I can fathom and I find pleasure in continuing to decrease our carbon footprint while staying technologically advanced at the same time.
