Viewpoint Modern Family Friendly - 3 bedroom Apartment in Ta'Giorni - San Giljan
Viewpoint is a new ground floor three bedroom maisonette consisting of one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms with two single beds each with both having access to a shared bathroom. Air conditioning is all throughout and has all essential amenities like wifi access, towels, sheets, balcony, washing machine, etc. This modern ground floor three bedroom maisonette is made up of one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom consisting of two single beds with both rooms having air conditioning available. Also, there is another twin bedroom available having a wall mounted fan, and with access to the shared bathroom with the other twin bedroom. The property is easily accessible, forms part of a block and it's the first one on the right as soon as you go down the stairs. Everyone has access to the balcony and free wifi is available throughout.
NB: The street my apartment is situated in has two entrances, and there is an open field in between which comes to a dead end to arrive to the other side, so please note that you have to enter from the side street next to the bus stop called "Francesco" corner with F Balbi Street to arrive to my flat if you are coming by taxi or car. This will avoid you confusion when finding it and save you a lot of time :) The block is family friendly so please do not make any excessive loud noises to respect the other families living there and no rubbish is to be left outside the apartment or main entrance. Skips are just up the road and rubbish is picked up on a daily basis except Sundays from just outside the block.
Boat Trips & Tours can also be booked through me, so don't be shy to ask anything you need to know.
Situated in Ta Giorni, part of St Julians and 100 meters away from a bus stop. Very modern & brand new with all amenities up to standard. Also very quite area situated on a side street opposite a playing field & free space on the other side. Close to Paceville where the night life is going on with several bars & clubs situated next to each other. Sliema is in walking distance also where there are several shopping centres & public beaches. Also many ferries are available from here to around the island including Valletta which is the capital city of Malta. St.Julians is very popular for its fish and local restaurants being a small fishing village surrounded by beaches.
Directions: By Taxi it takes you 20 minutes costing approximately 20 euro from Luqa International Airport to St.Julians. Please check for Triq ta Giorni which is a main road on Google Maps to get directions which is parallel with my street Triq Patrick Brydone corner with F Balbi Street. Very Central Area and cannot be missed on maps.
By Bus, it takes you an hour or so costing approximately 3 euro in all. First, you have to get any bus to Valletta where the main bus terminus is situated. Then, from the terminus, the following bus number number 22 to 'Francesco', Ta Giorni, St Julians which leaves every half hour. Bus stop is in a corner further up from the Libyan School and you turn on the first left in the same direction of the bus route, walk around 100 metres towards the apartment which is the last block exactly in front of you.
If you are coming from the Valletta Seaport you can walk up the hill opposite the port and turn right towards the Valletta Main Bus Terminus and get the above mentioned bus numbers and then use the same directions as above.
By Taxi, it is also approximately 20 euros.
I offer private pickups right from the airport or seaport to my front door for the same price as a regular taxi i.e. 20 euro per trip for a maximum of 3 persons.

This property is very cental and only a 10 minute walk from the sea & beached and 20 minute walk from the night life area which includes bars and restaurants
