Short Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this spacious and well-maintained property! Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from modern appliances and furniture to a fully equipped kitchen. The highlight of the house was the comfortable king beds in three out of the four rooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. But what really made our stay special was the beautiful pool, complete with a hot tub featuring strong jets that melted away our stress and fatigue. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Birthday trip

The house is very nice and has a great open floor plan as well as a split bedroom plan. We appreciated all of the great sitting areas. Highly recommend. Host was very responsive and communicative.

Nice home in Palm springs

Great home, pool and back deck area wonderfulA little loud with plane traffic but most homes we have stayed in (in Palm Springs) are- no fault to home!The house only has 2 showers one in master and one in between 2 other bedrooms so a little hard for our 4th friend to shower- having to go through someone’s bedroom may not work for every group- lovely home- very clean- responsive ownerThank you so much!

Feb winter break in PS

Great property especially enjoyed the patio space with hot tub, firepit, etc. Very quiet safe neighborhood but close to downtown events and dining. Short drive to hiking and golf. House worked out great for us with spacious interior rooms including 4 bedrooms, office area, laundry, and included use of the garage. A few items needed repair and a "how to" book for the unit would be helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

This property was exactly as described and a perfect fit for our group. Beautiful, clean and spacious with a glorious outdoor area. Minutes from the airport and the convention center and in a wondeful neighborhood. We also loved our property manager and she gave the best dining recommendation!

Very Relaxing

We had a great time staying at this home. It was very hot - 115 degrees! Thank goodness we had a beautiful pool to cool off in. Justin and his manager Judy were available when needed. This is our third time staying here. We cooked most of our meals at the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

Classic Palm Springs Getaway

Amazing property. Ideal location. Close to everything. Comfy bedrooms with 3 kings! Specious bethrooms with tall vounters. Chefs kitchen. wonderful outdoor space. Sparkling pool and spa. Plenty of outdoor seating. Host was friendly and so easy to work with. Definitely recommended this property!!

Amazing House and Amazing Pool!

We have rented this property for three years in a row and will rent again next year! House is clean and open with a great layout. Backyard and pool is beautiful, clean and spacious. Perfect for a girls trip or family trip! The house manager and the owners are wonderful too! A+++++

great house / great stay / convenient location

The house is lovely and very comfortable, including the beds. Outside seating is plentiful and easy to find either sun or shade. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of glasses, plates etc and is easy to cook in. The BBQ is large and works well. The spa was great and worked well. Dealing with the owner and property manager was easy. Pictures are accurate. Linens and towels were good too. My only warnings would be the pool is expensive to heat and, as the house is close to the airport, there is quite a bit of noise - especially morning and evening as the planes go overhead.

Lovely, relaxing time

We were two couples in town for a conference, seeking a quiet refuge at the end of each day. We found it! Very relaxing, quiet, spacious, immaculate. (Yes, you hear the occasional airplane, but as we are pilots and aviation nerds, that was a plus!). Communication and accomodation excellent. Would consider again!

pretty good

the house was a great size as described. the location was great. it was near everything. my suggestion would be to create a notebook for renters. there was no information on wifi, tv, or light switches. when we asked the manager she said she was new and did not know much about the house (?)and we should just continue to try all different switches. carpets need to be cleaned.

Great place

It was a lovely house and had everything needed for a delightful stay. Short drives to many attractions, dining and shopping. Checking in was very easy, but the agent didn’t know much about all the light switches which there are many. Never figured out if the pool lights worked. Hot tub is never really hot which might be fine in a different month. Overall, an excellent and relaxing stay.

This rental is everything and all that. If there’s one thing I would definitely recommend and that is use less scented laundry fabric softener and soap due many of us are allergic sensitivity. Mark is amazing and easy to communicate with.

Nice House

Nice House decent location. The Airport location was not an issue. The property manager was nice enough to just give me the code since we were on a tight timeline to get to an event straight away. A few odd things, no Murphy bed or office, they did have a 2 full masters a queen and a smaller room with a full bed. No closet in one of the masters. Pool was dirty and there was no net to clean it and no ability to heat Jacuzzi. Also, property manager took off hall bathroom door and my husband put it back on so that we didn't have to wait for the property manager. The toilet in the jack and jill bathroom is not secured to the floor and rocks back and forth, also the shower in the master has no floor mat outside the shower and its a very slippery floor. The floor tack between the master and living room need something put over them. It's a lovely house just needs some basic repairs. I was also a good location to get around town from.

Fantastic house - dreadful arrival communication

The house was super, exceeded out expectations, previous reviews are generally spot on. The owner Jason was very responsive when we reached out around arrival silence and not knowing how to gain access. But, no arrival information was ever uploaded- the owner engaged with us but it was all very stressful. We only heard once from the manager an hour before arrival, he seemed confused which of his 16 houses we were renting and advised the code for the door we had been given by the owner may not work. He advised to meet us at 4pm at the house for access. we rushed away from a party to meet him, he never showed but the door code was fine. We never heard from him, he never checked us in and our passport details were never checked which I think is the law. Having said all this, after getting over the arrival stress it is a wonderful clean very well appointed and looked after house. Great pool, hot tub, bbq, tvs, appliances etc. Thank you Jason.

Beautiful house

The house worked well for the 4 of us but with a few hiccups: first, the check in communication process could be improved. Since Palm Springs requires, apparently a copy of the renters drivers license, this is some thing that could be done way ahead of time and not at the last minute. there was a power outage while we were staying there, and although we eventually got flashlights after calling the property managers, it would’ve been better to have had those emergency supplies already in the house and noted in the information booklet. Overall, the house is nicely furnished, has a great pool and backyard and is in a convenient neighborhood.
