At 200 meters, the sandy beach and the port, you will find there diving club, parasailing, boat rental, restaurants, shops and for the gourmets of good artisanal ice cream. Garden furniture on covered terrace for breakfast after a late morning "vacation oblige". Enclosed garden planted with hundred-year-old olive trees with 11x6 swimming pool surrounded by terraces with deckchairs where the cicadas will rock your lazing around then grass to give a note of freshness. Environnement de vacances parfait

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Notre hôtesse, Christiane, était incroyablement gentille, attentionnée, serviable et charmante. L'ensemble de l'équipement de la villa, la piscine et la cuisine extérieure étaient parfaits et l'emplacement sûr directement à côté du port de plaisance et du stand avec restaurant et possibilités de shopping étaient uniques. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Gastgeberin Christiane war unglaublich freundlich aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und charmant. Die gesamte Ausstattung der Villa, der Pool und die Außenküche waren perfekt und die sichere Lage unmittelbar am Jachthafen und Stand mit Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren einmalig gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Ferien

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle, sehr erholsame Wochen im sehr schönen und gepflegten Haus von Christiane. Wir fanden das liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Haus mit sehr schönem Garten mit Pool unheimlich erholsam - es ist sehr strandnah in einer Privatstraße mit Tor gelegen. Man kommt wunderbar zu Fuß in Les Leques herum, Bäckerei, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Sogar bis in die Altstadt von St. Cyr kann man gut zu Fuß gehen, z.B. zum Markt. Wir fanden besonders das "Poolhaus" mit komplett eingerichteter Küche (und Plancha) super und haben quasi nur dort "gelebt"; im Haus waren wir aber UCH dankbar für ein kühleres Wohnzimmer. Wir waren rundum glücklich. Alles war nicht nur sauber und gepflegt, sondern noch ein bisschen mehr - eine persönliche Note (getrockneter Rosmarin aus dem Garten zum Kochen) und eine äußerst großzügige Ausstattung der Küche waren einfach traumhaft. Vielen lieben Dank für diese superschöne Ferienwohnung!

14 Tage im Gartenparadies

Wir haben wundervolle 14 Tage bei Madame Manivet verbringen dürfen. Wir haben ausschließlich 14 Tage den Aussenbereich genutzt. Garten, Pool und Poolhaus. Den Innenbereich haben wir nur zum Duschen und ÜN benötigt. Gekocht wurde im Poolhaus. Dieses ist komplett ausgestattet. WC, Grill, Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierer. Die Poolküche, wie auch die Küche im Haus, ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. So eine tolle Ausstattung haben wir noch nirgens angetroffen. Es gibt eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Wäscheleinen. Ausreichend Handtücher für Pool und Bad sind vorhanden. Ich hätte einiges zu Hause lassen können. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum!!! Zitronen- u. Limettenbäume, Granatapfel und Feigenbaum. Schöne mächtige Olivenbäume. Einfach ein traumhaft schönes Grundstück für Blumenliebhaber. Über den Pool muss man nicht viel sagen, die Bilder sprechen für sich. 1x die Woche kommt ein Poolservice zur Pflege vorbei. Die Lage dieses Anwesens ist einmalig. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man alles was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt zu Fuß. Bäcker, Lebensmittel, Obst, Restaurants, alles vorhanden. Der Strand liegt vor der Haustür. In 2-3 Minuten ist man im Meer. Dieses ist flach abfallend. Am Bojenbereich liegt die Tiefe bei ca. 1,75m. Meine Männer konnten noch stehen. Vielen Dank an Madame Manivet die unsere Privatsphäre jederzeit respektiert hat. Wir können dieses Ferienziel jedem nur empfehlen. Achtung: Genug Mückenschutz/Spray einstecken!

Fabulous Saint Cyr Sur Mer

Saint Cyr Sur Mer is largely occupied by french tourists which we love. The accommodation is wonderful, comfy beds amazing pool room with fully fitted modern kitchen where we spent most of our time. Excellent private pool. Will definitely come here again. The only negative is that the WiFi needs upgrading, we all found it difficult to access at times.

Urlaub wie er sein soll.

Schöne Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einer tollen Freiküche mit Pool. Ausstattung tadellos, es ist im Prinzip wirklich alles vorhanden. Vermieterin ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und dabei absolut diskret. Sie spricht allerdings nur (feines) Französisch, so dass sich für Mieter Basiskenntnisse sehr empfehlen. Wir werden gerne wieder Zeit dort verbringen, denn auch die nähere Umgebung bietet viel, ohne zu grossen Rummel.

War fantastisch👍

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool und 200 vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gross hat alles was nötig ist um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben. Es gibt eine Aussenküche mit einem super Grill welcher Mitbenutzung werden kann. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundliche und unkompliziert. Wir sind dankbar einen so tollen Platz gefunden zu haben.

Magnifique séjour.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Endroit magnifique très bien entretenu. Tout est parfait pour passer des vacances au calme. Christiane est très sympa et très discrète. On est très proche de tout : plage, magasin, traiteur. Je recommande à 100%.

Propriété formidable dans un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Christiane, aussi serviable que discrète. Un petit coin de paradis avec la cuisine d’été au bord de la grande piscine entourée de magnifiques oliviers et tout ça, dans un quartier au calme, à 200m du port et de la plage de St Cyr sur mer. Adaptée pour des enfants de tout âge, la maison est très bien équipée. Nous recommandons à 200% Merci Christiane pour votre accueil et à une prochaine fois peut-être...

Belle maison avec piscine idéalement située aux Lecques

Villa agréable disposant d'un très beau jardin. RAS sur le reste, tout était parfait (propreté, confort, sans compter la gentillesse de nos hôtes…) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Lieu de vacances idéal !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances en famille extraordinaires ! L'emplacement, à 1mn des plages, des commerces et restaurants, permet d'oublier sa voiture! La location est très confortable, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la super piscine et sa cuisine attenante ! Les propriétaire sont charmants et très discrets. Nous y retournerons certainement !

Parfait!!

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines dans cette exceptionnelle location. Tout a été au delà de notre attente. Lieu idéalement situé à deux pas de toute commodités , du centre et du port. Propriétaires accueillants , chaleureux et très sympathiques.La maison est sur équipée, il ne manque absolument rien. Le jardin, le pool-house et la piscine sont parfaits pour profiter encore plus pleinement des lieux.

Excellentes vacances

Nous passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances. L’emplacement est idéal à deux pas du port, de la plage et des commerces. La location est très bien équipée. Les propriétaire sont charmants et d'une discrétion absolue. Nous avions l'usage privatif du jardin et de la piscine ! Bref ... un endroit que nous recommandons vivement.
