Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, Summer Breeze 204 aka "The Pelican's Hideaway" is centrally located on the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast. This second-floor unit at Summer Breeze 204 is perfect for couples or small families providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6. The private balcony is perfect is enjoying the sea breezes and watching the sunset. You have two great options to enjoy your day outdoors! You are just steps away from the private pool or the beautiful sugar white beaches located directly across from the condo. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs, and umbrellas . The close beach access offers a great day at the beach, walking the shoreline or just sitting in your beach chair enjoying the sun.
The master bedroom is well decorated with a king bed and attached bathroom. Two built-in twin bunks are conveniently located in a private hallway with an attached privacy door. Finally, there is a queen-size pull-out sofa located in the living area. The kitchen has cabinets, granite counters and appliances. The complex also offers charcoal grills, washer/dryer and internet service for the entire complex.
There is plenty of shopping nearby such as Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Grand Boulevard. Some of the favorite local restaurants include Pompano Joe's which you can walk to right across the street, Crab Trap, Cantina Laredo, or Miller's Ale House.
The family will definitely enjoy Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track, The Gulfarium or Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl Bowling Alley.
