This recently built casita is located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from Kanab city center. It has a mini kitchen with ample counter space. The kitchen also includes a mini-fridge, two burner stove, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker. The casita has one king size bed. It has an outdoor table and seating at the kitchen counter. There is also a walk-in-closet with plenty of storage space. The casita is on the lower level of the home of the owners and has its own entrance. The owners live upstairs and although they are very respectful of their guests, footsteps are audible. They recently adopted two puppies and you may hear the pitter patter of little feet. The puppies do not bark often but if you hear barking look outside and you may see a herd of deer in the yard! It is a short walk to dinosaur tracks and hiking trails.

Disclosure: We did install a motion activated video doorbell. It is on the house not on the casita.
