This second floor, one-bedroom villa in East Beach is open, airy, beachy & modern! Located adjacent to the Sanctuary & walking distance to the Town Center Marketplace - Tennis Club 4654 has hardwood floors throughout, granite counters, stainless appliances and is beautifully designed. Two flat screen HD TVs, 350 channels, free WIFI & USB outlets in kitchen and behind bedroom nightstands for easy phone charging. Screened porch is wonderful for relaxing and has privacy curtains. The villa has a King bed and a new Queen sleeper w/gel foam mattress, accommodating up to 4 guests and allows parking for 2 cars. A 10 minute walk to beach access is wonderfully convenient and the family dog is welcome! Snowbirds welcome!

The vacation rental property includes parking, 24 hour security in gated community, central air conditioning, HD cable TV w/soundbar, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Hurricane Debby

We left on Monday as the storm approached. Shortly after we left a tornado hit 400 yards from the condo and 1 feet of water flooded where our car would have been and the main road out. We would have been trapped. Nothing wrong with the property but this vacation was a complete failure.

We have booked Kiawah for the last 5 years and we enjoyed the beach, ocean course and all the wild life. We would not rebook this unit due to the bed frame squeaking if you move an inch, the uncomfortable mattress and the very evident mildew all over the inside of the bathroom shower. I responded to the text message you receive when you check in asking you if you are satisfied with the unit and let them know about the mildew/mold. Nobody came out. We still used the shower.

Awesome location, great comfy condo, 2nd floor view of tennis facility off big nice porch. Only downside was unit is part of 4 plex and 2 of the units were getting remodeled so weekdays experienced some noise.

Condo was in overall good condition. We did spill some water on the kitchen floor and when we wiped it up realized the floor was pretty dirty… Also tried to contact the property mgr about getting a later check out but never heard from them …

This villa is the perfect size for two people. There are some areas that need a little updating. The dresser in the bedroom had a broken drawer, the shower curtain was clearly very old and the metal rings were rusty. The cabinet in the bathroom was also in need a repair. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, but unfortunately will not return.

Quiet getaway

The condo was lovely, just as depicted. The location was good, a doable walk to the beach, the park and market. Directions to such, left in the unit would have been helpful. Understand, there is very little signage and when you are unfamiliar with the area and all the villas look alike it’s confusing. Being right next to the tennis courts we thought it might be noisy, it was not, even sitting on the porch. The whole area was very quiet. The villa was generally very clean the only exception was the stove and cabinets around the stove that had a film of grease. Looked like the cleaner forgot that side of the kitchen. Renters should know there are no extras in the kitchen, no starter coffee not even salt or pepper. Suggestions to add would be a bottle opener, soap dish for the bathroom and facial tissues. Generally it was a very nice rental that we would not hesitate to rent again.

Beach Stay Review at Kiawah’s Tennis Villa’s

Great stay! The property was the perfect size for myself, wife, and our small dog. It was clean , neat and organized. The only very minor issue we had is the location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach access but there’s plenty of bikes to rent and it also gave us an excuse to get our steps in! So be mindful of that and also GPS will not take you exactly to this property so you have to do some looking once your in the villa area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a nice property. Thanks!
