Check out this newly renovated bay front cottage! Keep an eye out on the deck of this house, there is a beautiful view of the Mobile Bay and you may even see some local wildlife, including otters! Whenever you enter the house you will see the living room, dining area, and kitchen. As you continue through the house, there is a bedroom with a queen size bed. You will then find 2 more bedrooms, with attached bathrooms, one has a king bed and the other has two twins. Beach access is across Hwy 180 about two blocks down Ebb Tide Lane.
This home is located about one and a half miles from historic Fort Morgan. Just a minute away is Gulf Shores Yacht Club and Marina where you can choose from charter fishing, sightseeing cruises, or rent jet skis. Enjoy the beautiful view of the bay while enjoying some of the best seafood at Tacky Jacks II, all conveniently located just a few minutes away.

This home is pet friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. No other pets allowed. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.

Perfect family spot or relaxing vacation

The house location was perfect for a peaceful vacation away from traffic, quick walk to the beach or enjoy the property with the view, fishing access or night crab hunting on the beach area located on the property. We had a unique expof being stuck in the sand near the beach access. The local police were amazing & kind. The area is excellent! Tacky Jack's 2 had amazing food & literally a 2 minute drive. Definitely a place to return to.

Sweet Little Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay in this 3/b 2/b Fort Morgan beach home! Master bedroom was large, the 2 other bedrooms were small but ample for children or teens. Combined Living/kitchen/dining area was adequate for our party of 4. There were a couple things I would like to make aware of to whomever it may concern & that is that clean sheets & towels should be #1 priority. A large amount of human hair was found on one of the twin bed’s sheets upon turning bed down on the 1st night we arrived & various washcloths & towels were stained. These items should be bleached after each guests departure. Lovely beach house but this is not acceptable. Please fix this for we would love to visit “Sun Soaked” again very soon.

A few easy repairs would take this property from three to five

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were several issues with cleanliness. The vent door was covered in thick dust and the wall beside the dishwasher was very dirty. We also saw several bugs. There was some sort of plumbing issue that caused a warning light to flash under the house and water to back up in the kitchen sink. We didn't get responses to our emails until we called. The floors in the entire house were not correctly installed. The shower rod in the master bathroom needs to be raised up and mounted, not just a tension rod. Extra hooks for towels I both bathrooms and bedrooms would've been convenient. We had someone come out and change some exterior lightbulbs and they left the old lightbulbs on the ground. Back porch light never did work. Moving the faucet closer to the stairs would've helped reduce tracking sand everywhere. Another option would be to place stepping Stones between the faucet and the stairs so you don't have to walk through sand after foot washing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our vacation time however, there were some issues with the house that we would like to bring to your attention. We were not pleased at the overall cleanliness of the house. The sheets, comforters, mattress pads were pretty rough, itchy & dirty in appearance. Pretty disgusting with various stains. There was an opened condom in the laundry areas, stuck to the floor. Trash behind & under the beds, LOTS of dog hair behind the tv stand / wifi cable box in the master bedroom. Kitchen shelves dusty & greasy, Brooms & mops filthy. Extra Trash bags, toilet paper, were not available. Not sure if all the sheets, comforters, pillow shams are changed but they need to be changed & sanitized between each & every visit. May I suggest not booking new tenants the same day so that a THOROUGH cleaning is done between guests
