Spacious unit with open concept has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Condo amenities include hotel quality towels, linens and bedding, updated decor and furnishings throughout. Living room features fireplace setting with rustic mantel and matching wood beams throughout, leather sofa set; wood tables; large screen TV with DVD player. Dining room has pub height table with lake views. Fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar with seating for 3. Unit laundry room; free cable and high-speed Internet; on site pool and tennis courts. Great Time

We have stayed here before. Always a great time! Beautiful to be there in the fall. Relaxing getaway for all 6 of us. One of our daughters owns King Canary Brewing Co. Home is top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Great apartment for a short stay

This is a fantastic apartment to visit my son at Davidson. It is the second time I have stayed here, and I love it. It is well stocked and so warm and comfortable. It is a great place to spend some quality time as a family, cook a few meals and enjoy our weekend together.

Another great stay!

Larry and Pat are the consummate hosts. Their home is a wonderful place to stay on Lake Norman. This visit included my senior parents who were seeing my son at Davidson for the first time. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen to a fantastic porch overlooking Lake Norman for an evening cocktail.

Exceptional property!

This condo is gorgeous. It rained the entire stay but this condo was perfect for some relaxation. Nicely decorated and great location. Easy for quick trips to Birkdale. I’ve stayed in Cornelius many times before and this is by far my favorite condo.

Lovely weekend on Lake Norman

Renting the property was easy. Found it online thru VRBO, emailed the owners, property was available, paid for it! Couldn't have been easier!

Good time as always!

The stay was great. We have stayed in this complex 4 times now. Love they have elevators. Makes getting luggage in easy. The condo was great. Great views, well equipped, and comfortable. Visiting a friend who lives in Mooresville. We will be back in the Fall. Definitely recommend this condo!!!

The perfect getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Larry and Pat's Lake Norman condo. The place is very spacious, has everything you could ask for, and includes a nice personal touch. The property is very clean, well-kept, and quite. It has a great view and is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of things to do. The communication with the owners was very easy and we would definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend!

Warm and welcoming

We rented the condo for 5 nights for a spring break getaway. It was immaculate and stocked with just what we needed. It accommodated our group of 2 couples and 4 kids perfectly. It served as home base while we visited the US Whitewater Rafting Center and Carowinds. Thanks to Joanne and Tina for providing everything we needed with a courteous, personal touch. We would return in a heartbeat.

LKN A MUST

Hands down to a beautiful spot!!! Upon arrival, entry instructions were seemless. The decor was magnificent, well done! The porch over looking LKN was picture perfect. Everything you want in a kitchen from a home away is all there. WOW!! My parents, husband and I could not have been happier than staying in this villa for a long weekend. This is a must!! Exceeded my expectations!!

This property is extremely well maintained and clean. We brought our family to Lake Norman for our first visit for Father's Day and what a weekend it was. The condo is perfectly located and the view from the deck is simply amazing. The condo has everything you need and nothing you don't. My boys and husband and I really enjoyed our weekend and were talking about coming again before we even left. We found some really nice restaurants right on the lake and just enjoyed our time on the water as a family. The kids loved the pool too. We are looking to book our next stay ! You will not be disappointed if you stay at this condo. Oh and did I say the condo was clean?

Clean, comfortable, classy

Our family loved this place and were so happy with communications from the owners, especially given an unforeseen family circumstance that affected our reservation and they were very accommodating. We did have a little issue with noise from upstairs and also next door, but talked to both neighbors who were then accommodating as well. Overall we loved this place. It had a fully equipped kitchen (even foil and paper towels and some basic spices so it was very easy to cook there). Wished they had left some bath soap as we did not anticipate needing to bring that. But we finally found a bottle of body wash underneath one of the sinks along with some other toiletries that people may have left behind for use. We also loved the family board games and tennis rackets - thanks for having all of that available for your guests. The kids were begging to come back to this place and they loved it.
