the ground floor consists of a bedroom with access to the garden through a bay window, a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. The large living room of 35m2 very bright with fully equipped kitchen and living room with access to terrace and garden.

Close to shops and the market place, 800m from the beach. you can forget about the car during the holidays and enjoy beautiful walks by foot or bicycle. Maison pas en rapport avec les photos

Maison bien située, grande, sécurisée, très mal entretenue, j'ai du faire les sols, des poils d'animaux du précédent locataire, douche de l'étage bouchée par les cheveux et terrain en friche, et barbecue inutilisable car percé.

Séjour à Barbâtre

Accueil chaleureux et plaisant de la part d’Estelle, en charge de la location. Environnement très calme avec la plage à 800m à pieds : parfait. Néanmoins, bémol sur la maison qui a dû être charmante. Mais que font les anciens locataires ??? Pas un mur ne doit être repeint, entre des morceaux de plâtre en moins et ses insectes écrasés au mur comme au plafond, des finitions à reprendre : dommage pour le prix de la location qui se veut quelque peu élitiste.

Très bonnes vacances à La Fleur de Sel

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée pour passer des vacances avec des enfants. L'accueil de l'hôtesse est parfait, très chaleureux, plein de gentillesse et de petites attentions. Nous sommes ravis et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Location vraiment très bien située. Proche de la mer. 10 min à pieds. Très bon accueil Terrain clos. Convient très bien pour les chiens. Très belle maison tout confort. Convient parfaitement pour une famille.

Séjour à barbatre

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables dans cette villa à barbatre en famille. Maison très spacieuse et bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Tout peut se faire a pied et à vélo!!! Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique sur cette belle île de noirmoutier. Nous avons été accueillis par Estelle, femme pétillante et très agréable. Nous retournerons à noirmoutier c’est sur!!!

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz

Ein schönes Haus, in dem wir zu viert jede Menge Platz hatten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Dass in der Nachbarschaft auf der Baustelle gearbeitet wurde, war an manchen Tagen etwas ärgerlich, gibt aber keinen Abzug. Dafür kann ja die Vermieterin nichts.

Maison bien située et fonctionnelle

Maison à 10 min de la mer a pieds et pareil du centre du bourg de Barbatre. Bien organisee avec ses 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain et une belle piece salle a manger, sejour cuisine. Manque un peu d'entretien par rapport au tarif (pelouse, salles de bain, terrasse, luminaires, ...)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison moderne et bien équipée pour 8 personnes. Attention à l'escalier très raide qui ne convient pas aux personnes âgées ou aux jeunes enfants. Barbatre, la dune et la plage sont idéales pour les vacances !

Superbe vacances sous le soleil de Barbâtre. Maison idéalement située entre plage et commerces à proximité. Tout est bien conçu pour y recevoir une grande famille. Le jardin à l'arrière est très agréable pour s'y détendre et y faire de bon repas avec un barbecue mis à disposition. A conseiller
