Fantastic penthouse apartment in great complex

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The 100 m2 big terrace can be accessed from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom, In addition to the big terrace there is also a smaller terrace, primary for the air-condition and laundry.

The kitchen is equipped with all you need, including dish washer, toaster, kettler, micro-wave.

A private underground parking is also included, with elevator directly to the appartment.

The complex is well-kept and with 2 pool areas, both with baby and adult/children-pool. The biggest pool area also contains a spa-bath.

The beach is only 50 meters away where you can choose to rent sunbeds at the local restaurant and enjoy a coffee or just a cold beer.

Great location and apartment

The views from the very large balcony were very impressive. Everything you would need were in the apartment. The underground parking was very tight and for most of our months stay a car was in our allocated space. Some problem with gaining access on first day we waited for 90 minutes at the car park entrance while the person letting us in was at a pedestrian entrance on the opposite side of the complex. Useful if this could be put in the welcome pack. Overall a great holiday experience

Lovely apartment enjoyable stay

Lovely apartment with a homely feeling we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Comfy beds and clean. The terrace is amazing with lots of space and great views out to the sea. We will definitely be coming back.

1. Nice to have two bathrooms. 2. Gorgeous east facing terrace with ample furniture along with smaller terrace for private moments. 3. Master bedroom offered good space. 4. Lounge most pleasant.

Early April 2024 in Torrox Costa

This penthouse unit is amazing. The owner reached out to us well ahead of time to make sure we were properly set up, and his local assistant met us and gave us personal one on one directions, ( to go along with the very detailed pdf sent to us). The unit was super clean, and as far as being "well equipped" it was by far the best unit we have ever stayed in ( and we have stayed in many). It is an easy 15 minute walk to the main beach and commerce, but the view and local beach are very nice, and very quiet. If we ever come this way again we will stay here, and we will certainly recommend this to all our travelling friends The underground parking was our only challenge, in that even our small car was a tight fit..... but for larger vehicles there is a ring road around the facility with plenty of parking.

Erholung pur

Es war einfach nur schön. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und wohlich eingerichtet. Ebenso die Terrasse mit verschiedenen Sitzgruppen und dazugehörigen Polstern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Anlage mit Pool morgens von der Terrasse einfach nur schön. Nur wenige gehminuten war die Promenade mit den Restaurants, Läden und Bars entfent. Ebenso der Strand mit Liegen und dicken Auflagen Schirmen und Tischen für kleines Geld. Das einzigste was nicht ganz so gut war ist das Hauseigene Parkhaus. Was der Erbauer sich dabei gedacht hat .. also mit einem größeren Auto ist da können und vorallem Nerven haben nötig. Aber es sind reichlich Parkplätze am Eingang der Anlage vorhandenen. Alles in einem meine beiden Freundinnen und ich können es absolut weiter empfehlen. An dieser Stelle auch nochmal ein Dankeschön an Cathleen die immer erreichbar und da war wenn es Fragen gab und natürlich auch an Herrn Hansen fürs zur Verfügung stellen der wunderschönen Penthousewohnung...

Het was een prachtig appartement, voorzien van alle noodzakelijke dingen en in een prachtig appartementencomplex. Enig nadeel was dat het appartement op het noorden ligt en in de winter dus weinig zon krijgt. Dat hebben wij niet goed gecheckt.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und großzügige Wohnung mit einer herrlichen Terrasse.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten schlafen sich sehr gut. Auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt .Wir waren 4 Wochen da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt,nur ein negativer Punkt ,ist die Couch ,sie ist schon etwas sehr durchgesessen.

Toller Urlaub!!!

Wir hatten das Appartement 2 Wochen gebucht und jeden Tag genossen! Das Appartement selbst ist überraschend gut ausgestattet - Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Olivenöl, Gewürze… Mehr geht eigentlich nicht. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber und gepflegt und die große Terrasse ist ein Traum! Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10 Minuten bis zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants. Die Pools waren top! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

ESTANCIA INMEJORABLE!!

El alojamiento nos ha parecido perfecto, está muy bien tanto el piso como su excelente terraza, tanto por sus dimensiones como por sus vistas. Se ajusta al 100% al anuncio. El piso se entregó limpio, con suficiente menaje de hogar para estar, se nota que es un piso que está equipado por sus dueños para utilizarlo y eso se agradece muchísimo, ya que hace sentirte lo más cercano a estar en tu propia casa. Lo único que no es perfecto (por decir algo) es el garaje, ya que tiene muchos pilares (en exceso y lo hablo desde un punto de vista profesional de ingeniero, que me dedico a calcular estructuras) y hace las maniobras complicadas, sobre todo para mi coche que medía 4,95 m, para un turismo de 4,50, entiendo que las maniobras serían algo más sencillas. Por nuestra parte si podemos seguro que repetiremos!!!

Precioso y cómodo ático

El piso es precioso, con una terraza enorme y unas vistas magníficas. Está equipado con todo lo necesario. Lo hemos disfrutado mucho. La urbanización y la piscina también están muy cuidadas. Las playas cercanas no son una maravilla, pero tienes muchas opciones, de piedras, de arena, con tumbonas... Etc. Recomiendo visitar Frigiliana, un pueblo precioso a solo 15 min. Hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones.

Magnifique appartement avec vue apprenable sur la mer

Très bel appartement bien équipé avec vu sur mer. Les photos sont vraiment conformes à la location. La résidence très calme. Les piscines sont surveillées par des secouristes se qui permet d’être en sécurité avec trois enfants en bas âges. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir car l’appartement est bien situé pour découvrir la Costa del sol. Un grand merci à l’agence Sunny Palm pour tous leurs conseils pour visiter les environs.Merci au propriétaire pour leur disponibilité à chacune de nos questions.Allez y vous ne le regretterez pas !

Magnifique location spacieuse avec vue sur mer

Lovely appartment!

We had a lovely stay in the appartment which is as the photos show, very spacious and nicely furnished with everything you need. It is also in a beautiful setting. The gardens and the pools are very well maintained and despite being August it was quite peaceful in the evenings. You are fairly close to Nerja which is lovely, 'tho a nightmare to park in mid- summer. ..Torrox beach area we found is not so attractive, but instead we preferred to relax by pool and on the terraces. Many thanks to our host for putting a great deal of thought and effort to ensure there is everything you need for a relaxing beach/ pool family holiday. And we much appreciated: your tips on dining, the terraces and views, wifi and very comfy sofa and armchair ...

Just Perfect

Wonderful penthouse in a wonderful beach location with a tasty chiringuito right on your doorstep. This penthouse is set in beautifully maintained gardens with two large pools. It has the added bonus of being only a leisurely 6 minute stroll to the 2km promenade, lined with restaurants and bars where you can enjoy plentiful tapas and cool drinks. The penthouse is spacious, nicely decorated and equipped with all you might need for a happy holiday. Balcony is large with a really great selection of outdoor furnishings and is just perfect for watching spectacular sunrises. Allan, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and exceptionally prompt and efficient in communicating and organising, This makes the booking process so easy. Thank you. Would strongly recommend you check out this penthouse.

Erholung pur !!!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen aber feinen Urbanisation mit super Infrastruktur (Einkaufen, Strandpromenade...). Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Durchgangsstraße somit gibt es keinen Verkehrslärm. Die Wohnung ist wie in der Beschreibung sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist super. Der Ausblick traumhaft. Einer der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir in den vergangenen Jahren gemietet hatten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Superbe vue et terrasse

Une vue exceptionnelle et une terrasse hyper agreable et spacieuse sans oublier un appartement tout confort et d'une propreté irréprochable ! Le tout dans un environnement magnifique et très bien entretenu Superbe piscine et proximité de la plage de sable noir ! Juste manque un barbecue !!!! Perfect apartment with marvelous view!

Relaxing family holiday
