OCEANFRONT OPEN-CONCEPT 1BR/1BA NON-SMOKG Condo in Phoenix VIII.

Be aware that there is a $50 Parking fee due at the front desk on check-in. Phoenix VIII is a low density, family oriented community which means plenty of pool chairs and amenities for everyone. The view from our 8th floor balcony is breathtaking! Enjoy west views for days and watch the ships come and go from the pass!
Pay for 6 nights and 7th night is free or book for a month and enjoy a 25% discount.
This condo is PERFECT for couples!!. Perfect for seniors!!
** Please note: There is a lot of glass in this condo, may NOT be appropriate for small or rambunctious children. Also we do not rent to children's sports leagues due to damage to tile floors by cleats... Thank you for understanding.

Great Spring getaway

Wonderful location and condo was extremely clean.We had a great time just hanging out at THe beach and unplugging- did NOT take out my laptop even one time!

Nice place, perfect for couple

Everything was great and we had no problems. Really liked that the pool area was quiet and uncrowded during our stay, even in March when spring break is in full swing. We would definitely stay here again! Our only complaint is the parking pass cost 55 for the week.

Very pleased with parking, elevator access, and baggage movement. Cheryl was a great communicator. Unit was very well equipped. Loved the rockers on the balcony. Path to the beach was very nice. Quiet family friendly location.

Condo Review

The condo was very clean. We loved the gliders on the deck. The bed was very comfortable!That being said…The pictures of the condo were not the same as online upon arrival (furniture and rug). There was not a vacuum cleaner in the condo…I had to sweep the rug and floors. There were no forks except for children. I had to buy forks. There was only one skillet that was average. It was difficult to cook with only one skillet. The recliner did not recline correctly…very difficult. The TV’s were very small especially in the living area. We could not completely shut the shower doors.

Fall Break get a way

The condo was clean, well decorated and nice location to everything touristy. I found the Phoenix 8 to have an over abundance of common sense rules. I felt as though I was vacationing with my parents and I’m 55 years old. The parking pass was a nightmare. The condo we rented had so many “Do not touch” rules I couldn’t relax because I was afraid of breathing wrong. We will definitely be staying somewhere else in the future. Thanks.

Orange Beach Vacation

The condo was one of the cleanest we have experienced in our years visiting- Everything was first class. The only issue was with the VRBO website. For several days prior to the visit I tried to send messages to the host. All were rejected and said try again. This was the second time this year that I have had the same issue with VRBO. The website has serious problems. Once I was able to make direct contact with the host all was good.

Great place for a small family vacation.

My family with two young kids stayed in this unit for a week and had a great time. The king bed is super soft and my kids slept on the fold out bed in their sleeping bags. We brought the sleeping bags for convince, there were sheets available for the fold out bed. The condo looks just like the pictures and is very clean. The view is amazing. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds fly over and the dolphins jumping in the water. The room is high enough that people from the pool can't look in. The kitchen has everything you could want and we didn't need to bring anything extra. Just know that the kitchen does not have any consumable items, but that's expected. We were told from the front desk that the entire building was sold out during our trip, however, it never felt crowded. There was always plenty of parking and places to sit by the pool. The walk to the beach is not as long as it looks in the pictures and we never had trouble finding a place to relax. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool with hot tub and the glass elevators. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk had trouble finding our reservations to get us a parking pass. I texted the owner who called the front desk and got everything worked out. Amazing service! The parking lot felt very secure and safe. They always had a guard patrolling the parking lot. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a low stress, relaxing vacation.

Awesome Vacation

My husband and I celebrated our 27th Anniversary with a week in Orange Beach and stayed in this condo. The condo was neat, clean and perfect for us. Communication with the owner was prompt and we had no issues with anything. This condo is in a great location and the view from the balcony was amazing. After a long drive from the Detroit area we arrived in OB around noon and were able to check in early which was great as it allowed us to get an extra beach day in. The condo complex was very low keyed and not crowded and very peaceful.We would definitely rent again!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo. It was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. It is located on a quieter end of the beach. The view was amazing! It is perfect for a couple vacation. It was everything we had hoped and exceeded our expectations.

Both RNs and rent out our vacation beachfront condo while we are busy saving lives lol. We understand the need to escape the stress of life and spend quality time with your "person" or family. We have three kids grown now and were careful to plan vacations each year to make memories. Believe us when we say, you never get that time back, so enjoy every memory you can make!

Why they chose this property

When we started looking for a vacation home we saw lots of run of the mill. But when we found this one, we knew it was special. Owned by a contractor who gutted this Phoenix 8 unit and remodeled it with carved crown molding, new floor plan, granite, open walk in rain shower... things you don't find in other units... we HAD TO HAVE IT!!
