This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, end unit home has been in our family since 1975. One of the first resort units in the area, our home offers a truly authentic Steamboat experience. Now under the management of a 2nd generation sibling duo, we hope that your family can make the same wonderful memories in our home as we have!

With only a 3 minute walk to ski-in/out slope access (and down to the gondola you go!) you will never have to worry about parking, hauling gear, or crying kids (seriously, by age 4 I could carry my own skis down this short walk!) Enjoy relaxing in front of the wood burning fireplace in our living room, which features two-story floor to ceiling windows on three sides.

Need room for the kids or to host friends? The spacious dining room and living room have plenty of space to spread out, and the kitchen look-through allows you to host and prep all at once. Easily host dinner for eight at the dining room table or enjoy coffee and a quiet breakfast for two in the kitchen.

A spiral staircase beside the "wet room" entrance foyer leads up to the second floor, with three bedrooms. A balcony off the master bedroom overlooks the mountain. The upstairs bathroom has a separate, tiled bathtub room adjoining the vanity room.

Each of the 3 bedrooms features queen sized beds and closets. The loft bedroom is the biggest of the three bedrooms, and has a folding wooden privacy wall to close it from the living room below when desired.

Entrance foyer has ski-racks. HDTV with cable and wifi are complimentary to our guests along with two parking spaces. Downstairs bathroom has a shower, while the upstairs bathroom has a two sink vanity and a combo shower/tub.

Our home is only a few minute drive from Old Town Hot Springs, and close to Strawberry Park Hot Springs. These two locations allow guests to swim in all natural outdoor hot springs year round in soothing hot mineral water from the mountains.

We employ a local cleaning service to assist our guests and 100% of our cleaning fees go to our cleaners. This authentic Steamboat original will have you feeling right at home in no time at all.

**Please note this unit has narrow spiral stairs inside as part of the original and authentic architecture. There walkway from the parking lot to the unit that also includes stairs. Please see photos as these stairs may not be conducive to individuals with mobility challenges.**
