Our 55m² apartment will welcome you with a living room and a kitchen. A bathroom and a bedroom with "king size".
It can accommodate up to 4 adults with the sofa bed in the lounge.
Children are also welcome, a travel cot for babies is available to our travelers.

Ideally located in the complex Pinimar, indeed you will enjoy a side view of the pool and on the other you will have a beautiful view of the neighborhood and the Port D'addaia off.
The apartment has a balcony, a terrace and a solarium which will leave you the choice of shade or sun ...

Port d'Addaia is a quiet and peaceful place in which to live.
Its white houses decorated with flowers and typical barriers Menorcan take you to the port.

Lovely apartment

Great location, very clean, comfortable and very quiet.The owners have supplied everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. We had to get in touch with them about a little problem which was dealt with immediately . We would definitely recommend this apartment. We will be back !!!!

Agréable séjour à Addaïa My B

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances sur l'île de Minorque.L'appartement est calme, bien décoré, bien équipé et avec un bon couchage.Le petit port d'Addaïa et celui de Fornells sont à découvrir.Merci à Anna pour sa confiance et sa disponibilité.

Superbe séjour à Addaia

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Minorque dans ce superbe appartement très fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous le recommandons vivement aux futurs vacanciers qui souhaitent visiter Menorca. Un vrai havre de paix. Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette île magnifique et préservée et aussi d'Addaia et son petit port où une balade à pied directement de l'appartement en longeant la mer est incontournable. Nous avons adorés. Merci aussi aux propriétaires de l'attention qu'ils nous ont portée et de la bonne bouteille de rosé bien fraiche qui nous attendait sagement dans le frigo à notre arrivée.

Un petit bout de paradis

Séjour merveilleux. La beauté de Minorque est à couper le souffle. L'appartement est parfait pour un couple, calme, fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Situé à quelques km des routes principales, c'est le parfait pied à terre pour ceux qui comme nous aiment l'exploration de terres inconnues. Entre le ciel, la mer et les étendues vertigineuses de nature sauvage, c'est le lieu idéal pour des vacances réussies.

Perfect Port Addaia

No bad surprises, only good ones for our stay in July / August 2017 at Anna's apartment. (after a hot and tiring journey over, the arrival to this little oasis was much appreciated). An easy 20 / 25 min drive from airport, Port Addaia is a lovely chilled-out corner of Menorca with easy access to all connecting roads on rest of island (car essential). The complex itself plays host to mostly families, primarily English during our stay. The pool is a good size and both are very well kept. Lifeguard on duty every afternoon. The apartment itself is ideal for couples, but we had no problems negociating the pull-out sofa for our two daughters (9 + 7). Clean, well-equipped with choice of two terraces and small balcony (which proved to be essential for lunch-time shade). Large main bedroom with king size and ample wardrobe space. Anna was very helpful with all questions and quick with response time via Whatsapp which proved very practical. Recommendations of places to visit / eat came in handy. A couple of local restaurants opposite complex (can't comment, we didn't use them). Great local (and large) beach (5 min drive) If you're looking for a bustling nightlife on your doorstep then maybe Port Addaia is not for you but with more lively places likes Fornells a 15 min drive away, it's there if you want it. We would look return to Anna's apartment (sooner rather than later). Menorca was beautiful, not overrun, not overbuilt : a perfect couple of weeks in the sun. Cheers Anna.

Hübsche Wohnung mit drei Außenbereichen, schöne Anlage, netter Ferienort

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die drei Außenbereiche (Balkon, Terrasse und Dachterrasse) machen sie besonders angenehm. Das Bad (mit Fenster) ist nicht mehr ganz up-to-date (Badewanne statt Dusche), aber okay. Ein Geschirrspüler täte gut, weil dann das Geschirr auch sauber wäre - leider nahmen es die Vormieter mit dem Spülen nicht so genau. Dafür ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Der recht schöne Poolbereich liegt direkt gegenüber der Wohnung, was natürlich manchmal eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse mit sich bringt, wegen der kurzen Wege aber auch praktisch ist. Die Anlage insgesamt ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Gleich über die Straße sind ein Supermarkt (die ganze Woche geöffnet) und drei Lokale. Addaia selbst ist fast ein reiner Ferienort, sehr ruhig und angenehm, gut gelegen und mit schönem Hafen für Segel- und Motorboote. Fazit: Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie empfehlen.

Un séjour apaisant dans une magnifique lication

A peine passe le petit portail de la residence, on est transporté par le chant des oiseaux, les hibiscus, les bougainvilliers et les petites maisons blanches. La location, parfaitement équipée, est sans doute la mieux située avec ses 3 terrasses et la vue mer et piscine. Véhicule indispensable pour découvrir ce coin de l ile sauvage et dépaysant. A découvrir absolument le petit port de Fornells et les plages de presili, tortuga . De façon plus pratique, le petit supermarche en face de la residence offre tout le nécessaire a des prix plus que raisonnable. Merci à Anna et son mari pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse
