Endless Summer Villa at KaMilo is a wonderful large single-level 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom home that includes three bedrooms in the main house, each with a large master bath/ensuite and a standalone suite as the fourth bedroom for ultimate in privacy. The home also comes equipped with heated pool and spa and backs onto the Mauna Lani North Golf Course 7th Fairway.

Endless Summer Villa provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway. It is designed for gatherings of up to 10 people and provides an upscale, relaxing, luxurious and well-equipped home for your Hawaiian vacation. Whether hosting your multi-generation family or traveling with other families or couples there is space enough for everyone to be comfortable.

Enjoy views of stunning Kohala Mountain from the backyard pool area and watch the sunset from your private backyard spa or pool.

As a large single-level home there are no stairs. The glass doors at the back of the home can be opened and slide into the walls, opening the large kitchen, dining and living room to the lanai, pool and beautiful outdoor garden - the ultimate in indoor-outdoor living. The comfortable elegance of this home is sure to delight your entire family.

County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.

This single-level 4 bedroom home is fully furnished with 4 Master Suites, each with a private master bath/ensuite. In the main home the first bedroom features a King Size bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a King. The 3rd is equipped with two (2) Twin XL beds that can be joined to make a King with a gel mattress topper. In addition, there is an American Leather King sleeper sofa in the family room.

This home is the Hoku B model which is one of only a few at KaMilo that feature a standalone guest cottage. Detached from the home this suite has a King bed and its own washroom.

The house and the guest cottage all have central AC. There is a large laundry room in the home for your use.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 12 people between the indoor and outdoor tables and an additional 3 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large 70" UltraHD 4K TV, as well as a separate family room with its own TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game or a movie. Each bedroom also has a TV.

The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Each lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. The bikes are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. For those with children

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to travel with all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free-form pool and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street are the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
