Welcome to Luna Girl! This 2 BR/2.5 BA pool-front condominium is located in the quiet Blue Mountain Beach area of beautiful 30A. Sea Bluff is a small beachfront boutique complex of 19 townhome/condos with community pool (unheated). You will find this location to be absolutely perfect for your visit to your new favorite beach.

Situated inside of 30A, the famous sugar white sand beach of the Emerald Coast is just over 100 feet away while the pool is just out your back door. Sea Bluff condominiums have our own private, gated boardwalk to one of the more quiet areas of the already quiet Blue Mountain Beach! When you are ready for a break, it’s a very short walk to Johnny McTighe’s Pub, RedFish Taco, Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Creamery, Mimo's Italian, Blue Mountain Bakery, Big Daddy’s Bikes/Kayaks, Aloha Souvenirs and other great restaurants/stores.

Luna Girl is barely 2nd tier from the beach. The main floor has an open concept with kitchen, dining and living areas, powder room and a balcony overlooking the pool. The upstairs has two large bedrooms with ensuite baths. The master king bedroom balcony overlooks the pool and a twin daybed with a trundle. The Gulf facing bedroom has a queen bed, full-over-full bunks and a balcony as well. The ground floor has a garage with laundry room and a rear patio with shower and path leading to pool.

Note: Being the highest elevation in the entire Gulf, Sea Bluff has stairs to the beach; Luna Girl has two flights of her own.

• During peak seasons, a Saturday-to-Saturday stay is required.

Everything about the stay was great! The place was very clean, the pool was nice, location on the beach wonderful! Walking distance to some nice eateries. They had plenty of beach and pool toys to use also. The only drawback I found was the beds were rather firm for my liking, but of course that’s just personal preference. Would still definitely stay again!

Great fit for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had two small families staying together and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The layout was great with two en-suite rooms. Gorgeous beach access. Would stay again.

Beautiful Beach House

We came for our kids Spring Break and had an amazing time. The property is safe, quiet, convenient and beautiful, perfect for our stay of 2 adults and 5 kids, from 10-17 years old. “Luna Girl” is such a cute cozy beach house, with everything we need. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the summer.

Loving & Living the Luna Life!

Our family vacation at Luna Girl was absolutely perfect! Check-in was easy and smooth, the place was immaculate, kitchen was fully stocked and the descriptions match the place perfectly. The bedrooms were spacious and we enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony. We especially appreciated being able to walk to our own beach section, Blue Mountain Creamery and the short bike ride to Grayton Beach State Park. Additionally, Luna Girl is nestled in a quiet section along 30A, so we didn't have to worry about the touristy crowds or noise. We would absolutely stay here again and thank you, Luna Girl, for an amazing beach getaway!!

Hidden Gem

Great spot, centrally located to all of the amenities of Blue Mtn. Beach, most of which can be reached by foot. We liked it because it's just before the congestion of 30A. The beach is close but does require negotiating steps down to the beach, property clean and seems to be well-maintained. We will be back.

Enjoy sunrise and sunset before and after a relaxing in lovely beds. Bathrooms and kitchen are also awesome. Minutes from any place you would want to visit in the area.

Perfect vacation

We were so happy with this condo. We love the location in blue Mountain. This condo is decorated so well, it is all updated and has everything you need. It was so enjoyable and relaxing. Three different balconies and 1st floor covered patio with enclosed outdoor shower, grill and dining table. Seriously everything you need here. Right off the pool. Quiet private section of the beach but can still get beach Chair rentals if you choose. The stairs on the beach are the only downside but it's a great work out :)

Charming home -- close to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

The home had been recently updated and provided plenty of space for guests. Multiple porches, plenty of beds, open kitchen, and three bathrooms made allowed for ample space to spread out. Restaurants and shopping are close by and the beach is just a short walk from the front steps.

Perfect 30A getaway.

Last family beach trip before our son left for freshman year of college. Great location on 30A. Private beach access for thIs small group of townhomes was great. Beach services can be booked before your arrival which is a great advantage over Sandestin. Home was very well equipped - I love to cook and kitchen has everything I needed. Grill was a little small but still turned out some great local seafood! Already plan to return-book next year.

Luna Girl looks great after the remodel!!! My wife and I have been coming to Blue Mountain beach since 1993. Our friends family at one time previously owned the condo and the remodel and upgrades really made our beach trip wonderful. The condo truly looks unbelievable. We loved staying there and will look to booking it again in the future.

Excellent beach location

My family had a lovely stay here. The location is excellent, as you just need to walk across the small parking lot to get to the gated walkway down to the beach. There are quite a few stairs, but my 5 year old was able to do it with no problem. You can leave your beach wagon at home because the journey is just stairs. This section of beach is absolutely beautiful. The water is perfectly clear, and the sand is powdery white. We were able to social distance (during COVID-19) with no trouble, although there were definitely other people around. A highlight was seeing dolphins from the shore one morning. There is a sliver of a beach view from the second bedroom, but in that direction you are mainly looking at the other units in this complex (those units are ocean view). In the other direction, you look out onto the pool and more units behind the pool. The view isn’t great, and there isn’t a ton of light streaming in, but the convenient beach access makes up for this. The garage is detached. Laundry is in the garage. The garage is on the first floor, and the home is on the second and third floors. The bed set-up would fit two small families or a small family plus grandparents, but we were happy to have the two bathroom just for our one small family to shower after beach trips. The home felt very clean and my daughter made me promise we’d come back and stay in this home again because she enjoyed it so much.
