The apartment was excellent, being spacious and good quality and having everything within it for our stay. There is easy parking in front of the apartment block and it's only 5 minutes from the main autoroute for travelling around the island. There are a number of good restaurants nearby, otherwise it's a fairly quiet area. Highly recommended.

Un logement pour un agréable séjour

Le logement est très propre et idéalement situé pour parcourir l'île de Madère. La vue du balcon est magnifique. Le logement ne manque de rien et nous a permis de passer une chouette semaine. Merci pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée !

Einzigartiger Blick über Garajau bis zum Atlantik. Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen ca. 15 Min. fußläufig. Für Autos ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Zwei Supermärkte ca. 1 km entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ricardo und Natercia sind zwei zuverlässige. Ansprechpartner. Bei Bedarf wird sofort nachgeregelt. Gerne wieder. H+MT

Appartement très agréable

On se sens très bien dans l appartement. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dedant et c est impeccable, rien à reprocher. Très belle vu sur la mer . Quand on reviendra, si disponible, on reviendra dans cette appartement

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

Spacious well appointed property. Great view over the sea. Good location for travelling around the island and visiting local restaurants and bars. Peaceful and relaxing. Unfortunately, the lift was out of action for the whole of our two week stay. The lift failure had been notified two weeks before we arrived. This could pose a real problem for a person with disabilities. We found it an inconvenience especially taking our luggage up six flights of stairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Wie immer - ein erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir fahren seit 2017 in diese Ferienwohnung, was ja schon darauf hindeutet, dass wir uns dort wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist, wie immer, in einem sauberen und aufgeräumten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Natercia ist angenehm und wir haben uns immer, trotz beiderseitiger leichter Verständigungsschwierigkeiten, gut verstanden. Kleinere Probleme werden sofort behoben, größere gab es bisher nicht. Als kleinen Wermutstropfen muß ich anmerken, daß wir fast eine Woche lang wieder einmal den Fahrstuhl nicht benutzen konnten, somit mußten wir unser Gepäck bei der Abreise von Hand die 3 Etagen heruntertragen. Ansonsten war wieder der Aufenthalt absolut in Ordnung und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollen Meerblick

Ein große Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmer im 3. Stock eines Mietshauses. Bäckerei/ Busstation/ Restaurants sind fußläufig in 15 Min erreichbar. Der Weg ist wie so oft in Madeira steil. Vor dem Mietshaus konnten wir ohne Probleme parken, zur Not gibt es auch einen engen Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen großen Balkon mit schönen Meerblick. Straßenlärm ist kaum zu hören, die Nachbarschaft teilweise schon. Die Schnellstrasse war einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen, von hier aus konnte man die Insel erkunden. Das Meer ist zu Fuss nicht zu erreichen, aber das war für uns nicht wichtig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und über den Madeirawein und den Plätzchen haben wir uns gefreut.

Ein sonniges Apartement zum Wohlfühlen

Der Meerblick war wunderbar, alles wie beschrieben, die Küche lies für das Kochen mit Backofen, ausreichend Geschirr , Gläsern, Platz und Utensilien keine wünsche offen; mit Willkommenspräsent, ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen

Un paradis floral

Grand appartement tout confort, bien aménagé, d'une propreté exemplaire. Rien ne manque, le balcon avec vue sur mer étant un plus. La proximité de la voie rapide simplifie l'accès à l'île et les magasins sont accessibles facilement.

The flat is spacious, well maintained and ideally positioned for walking and sightseeing.

We spent seven days in the flat and made full use of the lovely balcony and view over the bay. Our local hosts were charming and warm .. prompt to respond to enquiries. This was our first time on Madeira and we were struck by the beauty both natural (forests, coastlines and parks and gardens). The island is small enough to travel through comfortably. We hired a car. Entspannte Zeit in angenehmer Umgebung

Wir waren inzwischen das dritte mal in dieser Wohnung und es hat uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder so gut gefallen, dass wir sagen können, sicherlich kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder. Die Wohnung hat sich seit dem letzten Jahr nicht wesentlich verändert- ein neues Fernsehgerät hat sich im Wohnzimmer den Platz erobert und die Balkonstühle wurden erneuert. Natercia hat uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder hervorragend betreut, wenn mal etwas fehlt, reicht ein Anruf und man bekommt es. Danke auch dafür!
