Beautiful mid-century modern home with rear tranquil views of the golf course (OVERLOOKING THE 17TH HOLE), TOTALLY RENOVATED, maximum occupancy is 4; 2 bedrooms (outfitted with Queen beds), 2 baths, spacious living & dining areas inside & outside with relaxing sweeping views of the golf course, *INDOOR LAUNDRY, clean and provides the essentials you would want and expect in a vacation rental. Within close proximity to several Recreation Centers throughout the community. The Sun City Recreation Centers offer monthly rental passes (with proof of Lease) which provide numerous amenities/activities like indoor/outdoor pools, gym quality exercise equipment, tennis and pickle ball courts, as well as numerous other activities, and traditional public 18 hole golf courses (North Golf Course/check golf pricing online).
The Sun City area is within close proximity, 10 to 15 mins away from most attractions including State Farm Glendale Stadium, Cactus League training facilities, Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex, Surprise Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, White Tank Mountains Regional Park (hiking and horseback riding trails), Avondale NASCAR Indy races, numerous community groups, lots of thrift shopping and many other activities within the community.

I and my husband have enjoyed traveling over the years and decided to offer a rental home which caters to travelers everywhere. Our rental property offers relaxing views of the golf course and offers many amenities of a 55+ community.
In 2011, we offered another one of our properties on VRBO/Homeaway and have had a wonderful experience doing so, enabling us to offer a vacation rental experience for a reasonable cost to travelers and decided to try it again.
