Stunning private beach villa with pool, lagoon and cinema. Includes chef & food
Sitting on one of the nicest beaches worldwide, this Villa offers complete privacy with high-end service only 18 minutes from Tulum's beaches.
The villa comes with full staff (villa manager/concierge, private chef and waiter, house-keeper, gardener and shopping person) and sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. It has plenty of spaces to hang out and enjoy the beach and jungle.
We include 3 delicious meals/day with a personalized menu (extra cost for special requests not included in the menu)
Please note that there is an entrance fee to be paid on your way into the Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve, as you go through the arch. This fee needs to be covered by you, they will give you bracelets, please keep them well in case you want to go in or out again through this arch. The price per person per day is approximately $12 USD you may pay with cash or card and pesos or USD.

The Sian Kaan coastline is a perfect destination for people who enjoy privacy and nature. The biosphere reserve of Sian Kaan is a UNESCO World heritage site and it s home to over 330 species of birds and other animals as well as sea turtles, manatees and hundreds of other animals. It is also a great place to explore ancient Mayan canals, lagoons and the rich coral barrier reef just a few hundred meters away from Casa Nalum.
