Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxury beach house. The main/master bedroom.
has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed and full-bed and a twin up top (s), comfortable for sleeping, 7 people. On top of the kitchen counter, you will find a sign in book with the WiFi password keys to the golf cart and garage door opener in a Tea Tin, Trash day is early Tuesday mornings. These are new pillow-top Sertas throughout the home. Also with 650-thread count sheets and Sleep-gram pillows. The spacious living room is furnished with new leather furniture, electric recliners and 65-inch television, 2018 LG smart TV with a soundbar. Property is fully equipped with the Vivint whole home security system.

The property has free WiFi, high-speed Comcast internet. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all brand new major appliances. Situated near the beach, 3-5 minute walk, guests can enjoy an afternoon of water sports and beach combing. Free use of a new golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. Back patio includes, screened in porch and Gas grill.

Outstanding!

John (host) is wonderful. Responsive , attentive , goes above and beyond. The house is immaculate. What you see in the photos is what you get. The entire home has been remodeled like new. Love the master bath with the huge double shower. Tiled from floor to ceiling. The backyard fenced all around was a big plus for our Havanese. She loved it. The location is excellent. 2 blocks from Laguna beach. We loved the provided golf cart that took us there. We wanted a more tranquil location away from the congestion of PCB and we got that. PCB and Pier Park is only 4 1/2 miles away. West of the house is an easy drive to Rosemary beach, Alys beach …about 4 miles west of the house. It’s minutes drive away. We drove to Destin as well about an hour drive with traffic. We had a fantastic time got to see everything we planned to. Even Panama City itself. You cannot go wrong here. For what you pay for one room per night at a PCB beachfront hotel you get a 3 bedroom detached house with a yard two blocks from the beach. And away from all the riff raff. Highly recommend. We will be back more times for sure. Our new go to home for the emerald coast. Thanks again John!

Perfect for my family

Super clean place! Really close to the beach just a short golf cart ride. Our 2 kids had their own bedrooms. Well stocked but bring a pizza cutter :)

Great Host

John was always available by text or phone to answer questions or respond to any concerns. The fenced backyard worked well with our small dog and the golf cart was a savior when transporting gear to the beach. But if just going down to view the sunset, it’s a very short and enjoyable walk.

A Pleasurable Stay

This beach house is well-situated in Panama City Beach, away from the busy crowds and noise. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and just a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. A variety of attactions are within a short drive from the house. We enjoyed visiting three Florida state parks that were nearby: St. Andrews, Camp Helen, and Grayton Beach state parks. The fenced back yard was perfect for our two dogs, as well as for lounging outside on the patio furniture. John was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect spot!

Chose John’s place to escape the Midwest cold and get in some beach time between working. The place was spotless and furnished to have what was needed and beyond. The dogs and I loved the backyard and the area is quiet. His home is appointed so well that it makes for a relaxing and perfect stay. The location to go explore or enjoy the beach is another positive. Highly recommend.

2 Week Stay

Well stocked kitchen (Pots, Pans, Dishes & Utensils) with almost everything one could want for dining at home on those nights when you want to stay at home. The grill was a plus for someone who likes to cook on the grill and access to the golf cart was a nice feature as well. It was also nice to have the garage which allowed us to park inside and when getting ready to head out for the day we could load up our dog without worrying about him running off. The fenced in back yard also worked well for us since we brought our dog. It allowed him to get out and run around without needing to be on a leash. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We came in from Iowa and it felt like being at home, but with much warmer temperatures.

Annual trip

We needed a house that would allow our two 50 lb fur babies. We hit the jackpot with this lovely home! The yard with a privacy fence was great for them to run around freely. The house is beautifully furnished in every room. The master suite is amazing!! The golf cart is the cherry on top!! This house will not disappoint. John was quick to respond to any inquiries. We'll definitely be back!

Relaxing

Very nice and well maintained property that is very convenient to everything but far enough away to fully relax. The golf cart was a very nice touch and we used it daily to and from the beach. We will probably stay again in the future.

Perfect location 5 star rating for sure

The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We come to the area every year and this has been the nicest property we have stayed at. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and beach access 84. Laguna is a great little beach town! The garage was an added bonus as we surf fished and had lots of gear to store. The golf cart was nice as well. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay!! We definitely recommend this property!!

5 Star Rental & Host

This home was very clean, we were able to relax and enjoy our time away. The beds were very comfortable. The location is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. John was an excellent host and was attentive to our needs. Our only recommendation would be to add a television to the queen bedroom.

Perfect Stay for our family

We stayed here for the week between Christmas and New Years. We were in town for a baseball tournament with our 3 sons. The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 5 + our golden retriever. We loved the proximity to the beach, hot tub, and large yard for our dog. John responded to any questions we had immediately. House was a short walk or golf cart ride away from the beach. It's also a quick drive to the central part of PCB or Rosemary Beach. Would definitely recommend this house!

Perfect for our vacation!

Since my husband is not a big beach person this house was perfect for our stay in PCB! Just a few blocks away from beach access with a fenced yard for our fur babies. House was clean and well maintained. Excellent communication with property owner! Plenty of room for more family members but was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation stay. Restaurants, shopping, and grocery 5 min away. The golf cart was an awesome addition to this rental. Made my "Headed to the beach!" days so much easier. Would recommend and use again!

Great get away!

Loved the house the golf cart and hot tub were great. Beautiful area close to everything but far enough away not to be overwhelmed by people. Only changes I would make to the property are adding tvs to the smaller bedrooms and getting rid of the front load washer…it smelled just like every other one I have used and made the laundry smell. Other than those small changes the place was perfect!

LOVED this home

This house was PERFECT. Location was great. Golf cart made getting to beach, a breeze. Everyone had their own space. House is very roomy and the fenced back yard was terrific, for our dog. Having a large garage gave us extra parking and a place to keep all of our beach toys. We loved the large double shower and large master bathroom. John was a joy to deal with and very helpful, during our stay. This has been our favorite house of all that we've rented, in the Panama area. We will definitely be back!

Because it is awesome and a brand new home with everything you can imagine, there is not another one like it in the area on VRBO and also you can walk to the beach in five minutes or less or take the golf cart, we have been coming to this area for years and I promise you it doesn't get much better than this anywhere in the world,please check my entire listing the photos

LG Smart Flat screen TVs with voice activation, also sports packages complete with the Red zone for the winter NFL Football season brand new furniture with power electric sofa, fastest WFI in the area, huge double shower, in the master bedroom, everything my wife and
I furnished the home with is high end, you will never forget
staying in our lovely home it has nearly everything you can imagine, also there is a sign in book on the kitchen counter
where the wifi password is and basic information like when the trash days are, Tuesdays and Friday mornings, the door code and alarm code is given a few days before arrival to every guest, we change it often, there is also a tea tin can
with the golf cart keys and garage door opener on top of the sign in book, there are many benefits to our home, if you have any questions anytime please text me or call me?
