Nicely maintained, late 19th Century home, near downtown Bozeman with a rustic rural feel and some modern touches. Hardwood floors throughout, 2 bedrooms (two upstairs; 1 large w/queen and a downstairs bedroom with a twin currently; sky windows in upstairs bedrooms, living room, dining room, gas stove in kitchen for cooking, 1 bathroom with crowfoot bathtub/shower, washer/dryer, off street parking, front porch, sun porch off kitchen, lovely flower filled yard and garden during the spring and summer. Breathtaking in the winter as the snow drops. This home is in one of Bozeman's trendier neighborhoods. You can walk to the Brewery District, Main St. or to beautiful trails throughout our great park system within 5 minutes. The best bakery in the state, Wild Crumb, is 2 blocks away along with popular coffee roaster/shop, Treeline. The Story Mill wetland park is a 10 min walk from the house. Secluded from street by a lilac screen ensures constant privacy for your party while being able to relax outside.

Awesome house in a great location.
