Located in a small, boutique resort surrounded by nothing but the white sugar sand beach to the rear and the gorgeous intracoastal to the front, this highly desired location along a two-lane section of Gulf Blvd (locally called as "The Narrows") is rare and well-known for being quiet and relaxing. No other buildings/parking across Gulf Blvd also means little to no foot traffic on the beach side, creating a very private feel. Nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach the community of Indian Rocks Beach is unique, with a lot of old school charm and small-town atmosphere but none of the big box stores, fast food chains or typical Spring Break crowds. In short, it is a vacation paradise!
The townhouse itself is comfortable, with an open plan kitchen featuring Bosch stainless appliances (including ice/water dispenser), as well as marble kitchen countertops that extend into the dining room to include a wet bar and breakfast bar seating.
The spacious living room opens to a balcony with unobstructed pool and beach views. The softly lit pool at night casts an enchanting blue glow that makes evenings on the balcony oh-so inviting. A second, full bath completes the first floor.
Just upstairs the primary bedroom has a spacious king bed and enjoys the same panoramic, unobstructed beach/Gulf views as the living room. The guest bedroom has one queen and one full bed, and direct views of the intracoastal waterway where small cruiser boats and dolphins regularly pass by.
The upstairs bathroom features custom granite, double sinks and a 10-jet Jacuzzi tub with a built-in water heater. 2 large linen closets house extra plush bath and beach towels. While both bedrooms access the upstairs bath ("Jack & Jill" style), it can also be locked for exclusive use from the primary bedroom if desired.
This townhouse is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a small, four story boutique resort with less than 30 rental units that is directly on the beach. Amenities include private parking, a large, heated pool with no access from the street, a private, 70-foot fishing dock on the intracoastal, two large gas BBQ grills, private manicured grounds, and two outdoor showers.
Most notably: there is a lovely on-site management and maintenance team for any emergency or non-emergency issues that come up, a rarity at vacation condo buildings along the Gulf.
