In a renovated house in the center of the village of Prémanon, surrounded by nature and quiet; Winter in the immediate vicinity of cross-country ski trails and alpine ski area; in the summer, starting from the farm hiking trails.

Parfait pour une famille !

Le gîte est à 10mn en voiture de la station de ski Jouvencelle, proche d'un petit commerce de dépannage, à 15mn en voiture vous trouvez un supermarché pour le ravitaillement plus conséquent.Le gîte est très propre, et très bien fourni en matériel de cuisine de tout ordreEffectivement il manque un peu de place dans la cuisine pour ranger les courses mais il y a un placard dans le couloir qui fait l'affaireLes chambres en enfilade sont bien organisées, nous avons pris celle avec la salle de bain pour nous les adultes, le matin on traverse celle des enfants sans les réveiller La propriétaire est très gentille et prévenante Nous recommandons !!

nous n'avons pas trop apprécié les deux chambres en enfilade avec la salle de bain au fond de la deuxième chambre. La grande pièce manquait aussi d'un placard pour poser les courses. Le village fait très ville fantôme. heureusement, il y a un petit supermarché bien achalandé qui fait de très bons croissants le matin. la région est très belle surtout quand il fait soleil...

Un bon accueil mais équipements vétustes et au minimum

Nous avons été attirés par les bonnes critiques. L'accueil du voisin est effectivement excellent, un homme fort sympathique et la région est jolie. Mais l'équipement est sommaire et vétuste, une odeur permanente de gasoil et les lits trop petits pour les personnes de plus de 1,85m Globalement il y n'y a que le strict minimum.

Nette Ferienwohnung in schöner Landschaft

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Fenster sind hervorragend schallisoliert, sodass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern die Glocke der Kirche, die sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet, praktisch nicht hört. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. In der Küche gibt es einen Gasherd, Elektrobackofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster und eine Kühl- und Gefrierkombination. Am großen Esstisch haben acht Personen Platz. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Treppenhaus und wird gemeinsam mit anderen Bewohnern genutzt. Discounter, Supermärkte, Tankstellen, Restaurants und ein Badesee liegen wenige Kilometer entfernt, während es nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt einen Dorfladen gibt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, an die wir uns sehr gerne erinnern.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, bien situé

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et calme bien situé au cœur de Prémanon à proximité d'une supérette parfaite pour faire les courses d'appoint et acheter le pain. A 10 min en voiture des pistes de ski alpin portes de Jouvencelles et au pied des départs de ski de fond et des pistes de luge pour les enfants. Un rafraichissement de la salle de bain serait un plus ! Séjour très agréable avec en bonus le soleil tous les jours ! Je recommande ! Merci à Florent pour son accueil !

Un très bon séjour au calme

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans ce logement situé au calme au coeur de Premanon. Rien a redire, le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel et bien adapté pour une famille avec des enfants. L'accès au très grand jardin avec barbecue est un véritable atout!

Très bon accueil du voisin qui nous a offert le Wi-Fi 😉 appartement confortable avec tous les éléments pour cuisiner. Machine à laver lave vaisselles.... Situé en plein centre de Prémanon très calme entouré d'une supérette sherpa 😀

Découverte du Jura sous la neige

Superbe semaine passée à Prémanon. De la neige, du sport, du calme, et du grand air ! L'appartement est situé au coeur du village, à 2 pas des pistes de ski de fond, d'un loueur très sympatique (Raoul Sports), et d'une petite épicérie qui dépanne bien quand il neige trop ! Nous avons été accueilli par le voisin Florent, très, très gentil, et Nathalie est passé quelques instants après pour nous accueillir. Les enfants nous demandent déjà de retourner à Prémanon cet été !

Gutes, einfaches Quartier

Zetrale Lage im Ort, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, ein Zimmer mit schmalen Doppelbett mit angeschlossenen Bad mit Dusche für alle (Durchgangszimmer ins Bad!). Zimmer mit schmalen Doppelbett und Doppelstockbett (Durchgangszimmer zu o.g. Zimmer) Toilette separat. Wohnküche mit großem Tisch, Backofen, elektrisch, Gasherd mit 4-Flammen, Mikrowelle, Grillofen, Spüle, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Koch-und Küchenutensilien gut. Couch, Flachbildfernseher nur französisch, kein WLAN !!!, Für 6 große Personen sind die Schlafplätze eher eng! Kommunikation mit Vermieterin nur auf französisch möglich, telefonieren schwierig.
