THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

The deck offers panoramic Pacific vistas, with retractable doors that allow the indoors to become outdoors and vice versa. Relax into the two bedrooms, with the option to unleash a living room couch that transforms into a hi-tech bunk bed as well. You're here: on the ocean, and by the tranquil bustle of the Solana Beach town with its shops, cafes, wine bars, breweries, live music, unique shops and very own train station. You won't want to leave. Two beach accesses in the neighborhood are just a 2-minute walk away with Fletcher Cove Park to the south and Tide Park to the north. Winner!

I frequently rent in North County to vacation and visit my adult son who lives there. The house was in perfect condition and had everything one would need. The view is breathtaking and I loved the size of the deck. Location perfect and plenty of parking. The master bathroom closet was pretty spectacular! Totally minor, but the only thing I would change would be the TV location in the main room. We had 2 days of cooler weather & wanted to sit cozy on the couch and watch a movie on TV, which was located on the side wall. There was a second couch, but view also wasn't ideal. Overall, would totally recommend!

Beautiful Property and Spectacular Sunsets!!!

The property was gorgeous, and the ocean and sunset views were spectacular. Moreover, it was conveniently located for everything in the Solana Beach and Del Mar areas. I highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and special stay in Solana Beach.

The best place to stay in San Diego

Solana Beach is our favorite area in San Diego and the neighborhood Hi-Tech Hideaway is located in is one of a kind. The house has amazing views, is clean, feels very private, and is perfect for a small family. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is nice, and all around this home is top notch. The managers are very responsive and great to deal with. We have rented this home many times and hope to rent it many more times in the future. 5 stars all around!

Beautiful

The house was very clean. The updated appliances were wonderful to use. The home is designed well and you cant beat waking up.to the sound of the ocean. We will be coming back. The entire family including my teenage children and older parents all enjoyed the property, the amenities and the close beach access.

Fun time in Solana Beach

My adult daughters and I had a fun and relaxing getaway at this beautiful home. The online pictures and description are accurate. The home has everything you could want, including a very well stocked kitchen with upscale Miele appliances and a high tech check-in screen that listed restaurants and things to do in the area. The built-ins in the master bathroom and the bar were fabulous. The views of the ocean from this property were gorgeous. Our only disappointment was our use of the deck was limited due to the noise from the construction going on below us but the house was well insulated and indoors was very comfortable. The management company was OUTSTANDING and did everything they possibly could to ensure an enjoyable stay. We are hoping to return again next year to this wonderful property.

The view was amazing and the home was perfect. Clean, well maintained and had all necessary incidentals for our trip. The host was helpful, courteous and provided a pack & play and other items for our baby. We will return.

Absolutely stunning

This property was simply amazing. The view over-looking the ocean made for beautiful sunsets each night from the balcony. It had everything we needed to enjoy a great family week together. While there were many great places to explore or eat nearby, we never wanted to leave. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect family getaway

Photos can’t do justice to the property and the location. Brenda and her team were super easy to work with and very responsive. The property is amazing and the ocean views from the deck are nothing short of spectacular. We certainly plan to return to this property again in the future.

The best!

Nothing to bad to say! We loved everything about this house, the town and the property manager’s quick responses! We didn’t want to leave! Celebrated our 30th anniversary there and it did not disappoint! The views were the best! We loved all the high tech features of this house! We could walk everywhere but we brought our bikes and bikes all over. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect stay

We had such a good time for our first trip to San Diego and this house was a big part of that. The view is stunning, mgmt is super responsive, house was spotless, they had everything we needed and when they realized we couldn’t find the beach toys they delivered some over to us the next morning! The neighborhood is absolutely adorable, super close walk to the beach. My husband, 6yr old son, 3yr old daughter loved this place and San Diego so much! We hope to return again!

Comfortable, beautiful and will come again

We found our “go-to” place in SD! We tend to come down every few months for some good beach time and we will always try to book this home. It was clean (looks exactly like the photos), everyone you talk to is super responsive, and the location is amazing. Everything is walkable (we grabbed lunch and drinks a few times, and the beach is 5 min walk away) and the neighborhood was so nice. Plenty of parking.
