Harbor Point. Wonderful quiet Condo for the Perfect Getaway. 2 bed 2 bath WiFi

Welcome to Harbor Point Condominium, a condominium made for a relaxing getaway nestled in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. It is located just off Highway 54 at lake road 54-56, also know as Nichols Road exit. It is minutes away from the Osage Beach Premium Outlets with 110 stores, spectacular golf courses, big Surf Water Park, Lake of the Ozarks State Park, as well as miniature golf and go cart tracks for the kiddos. We are located at the 21 mile marker of the Osage Channel.

If relaxation is what you're looking for, enjoy a covered balcony, overlooking the water. There is also a very nice pool and tennis and basketball court on the property. This fully loaded condo has all the amenities of home including a gas grill, dishwasher and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for preparing and indulging in home cooked meals. Living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a King bed with a 40" flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a 32" flat TV. The Living room has a pull out couch with a comfortable 12" mattress. 49" flat screen TV with a DVD player, and a WII for rainy days. We also have a private washer/dryer in the condo for all of your laundry needs.

Condo complex is completely paved and condo comes with one private parking and only 2 steps up to the front door from the parking lot. The complex also offers boat launching and trailer parking for you convenience. We also offer a private boat slip 10x26 and a PWC lift ( for additional fee)

Both Mattresses have been replace in April 2021

Although we love four legged family, Please NO Pets.

When we arrived it had snowed a few days earlier & the sidewalk we had to use was covered in ice & snow very hazardous! Thank god my son was there to clean it off with my little shovel, we couldnt even walk up on it & as we looked around all the others were cleaned off??? Once we got in & setyled it was nice!

Condo was as advertised. Just a few steps up from parking lot. Clean rooms and updated appliances. Owner responded when we had a question. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Stayed here before & hope to come again. Maybe a little lacking in some things when it comes to cooking, but it fits for most people...I'm sure we are among the minority of those who actually cook dinners. LOL All in all, it is one of the best condos and locations we've been to and the best part being the walk in.

Weekend @ LOTO

Very nice please to stay for a fast weekend trip. The views from the room and deck are nice of the lake. If you have a boat the dock is very nice as well. The condo was easy to find and on a nice paved lake road. There is a boat launch you can use as well. Make sure you know the ends and outs before you go, lake cell service stinks for all carriers. We will stay here again.

The location is good and the view is beautiful. However the living room TV does not work. There is no coffee Pot. When I tried to contact the owner on how to get the living room tv working, no response.

Great location

Great location, close to performance boat center where we keep Our boat. Clean Suggested ways to improve: i messages the host about two minor things & got no reply. This would have been a big deal had the issue been more significant. No coffee maker. Hot water heater is very small. One bathroom toilet consistently Wouldn’t flush. The railing on the patio is loose in the corner. Again, the place is great and we’d stay here again but some of these things could be improved/repaired and the lack of communication is a big concern.
