This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is very convenient for us. As a senior, I think it would be helpful if the owners added a handrail to the front steps, but I understand not everyone has my mobility issue. We always enjoy staying here!
Perfect location, beautiful home, couldn’t have been nicer!!
I will definitely stay here again! The location, directly across the street from ManitoPark, was beautiful and quiet. The home was pretty, clean and comfortable. It was just perfect for us!!
This is a lovely place. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. It is right across from Manito park. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning and having coffee.
Visiting Washington for a wedding. We loved the location of the house-every morning I took a long walk through the park and surrounding neighborhood. Getting to the downtown area was quick also. We spent a lot of time on the front porch. The house was clean and felt like home. The only thing I would add would be a few more items for cooking meals-utensils were a bit sparse. Great property!
Really had a great experience at this home. Right across the street for a very nice park. Good access to stores, etc. Home had all the needed amenities for a pleasant stay.
It was winter but this house was warm.
Across the street from Manito, must be fantastic in warmer seasons. Quiet safe neighborhood. No washer/dryer, can use machines in the house next door if it’s unrented.
I traveled with my elderly parents to visit family in Spokane and stayed at this lovely home. If you are looking for a South Hill location with immediate access to Manito Park, this home is perfect! We loved it. The house in very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the charming front porch. The owners are great and have thought of everything to make their home a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We are already planning our return trip!
My husband and I were in town for a class reunion and wanted a clean, comfortable place to stay. Our hosts provided a well-appointed home in an ideal neighborhood. It simply couldn’t have been better!
We had a wonderful experience and already have another visit booked! Dianna is a thoughtful hostess who accommodated our needs and made us feel at home. The star of the home is the front porch with the park view. We spent most of our time sitting, talking and people watching.
This very cute house is in a great neighborhood, right across from the south edge of Manito Park. I really enjoyed exploring the park and surrounding neighborhood.
My only quibble is that the stovetop was not working during my stay. The homeowner provided a hot plate and a grill, but the hot plate was extremely slow to heat water. I had never planned to do any cooking, so this was easy for me to work around. if you’re staying in the near future and cooking is important, then I suggest asking the homeowners about the status of the cooktop first.
Everything else was wonderful! The house was extremely clean, entry Instructions were easy, and the homeowners were very responsive to my questions.
This super nice bungalow across from Manito Park was a great place for my husband and I to stay while we visited friends in Spokane and took day trips to Idaho lake areas as well as walking through the park to enjoy the flowers. Great location, had everything we needed and super close to downtown with many great local eateries nearby, especially Rocket Market. The neighborhood is awesome, we really enjoyed viewing the houses & landscaping. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
Our favorite "room" of the house was the large front porch. We found the outdoor furniture to be more comfortable that the seating in the house, so that was were we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings.
