Super comfortable and convenient

We spent a week with kids and adults and everyone had a blast. The apartment is very comfortable, fresh and spacious. It is a short albeit steep walk away from shops, beaches and retaurants.

Séjour très agréable et reposant

L’appartement est très beau et bien équipé. La piscine et les alentours sont au top. Situation calme et tout peut être atteint à pied. Propriétaires sont très gentils et serviable.

Dem Winter entfliehen,so war der Plan.Wir wurden von dem sehr freundlichen Vermieterpaar Cathy und Phillippe empfangen.Mit einer Wohnung,die mit so viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert und eingerichtet ist,schön warm,tolle Wäsche,duftende Seife,leckeren Keksen,Getränke im Kühlschrank und, und, und.... Die Dachterrasse ein Traum.Wir hatten mit 5 Personen so viel Platz,die Küche herrlich zum gemeinsamen Kochen.Der Garten mit Pool eine Augenweide.Wir können ,wie die Bewertungen davor, nur eine höchste Empfehlung aussprechen. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Très belle décoration partout et plan pied. Lumineuse, draps de lin superbe. Grand chambres, salon et cuisine. Cuisine bien équipé Petit choses, les couteaux de cuisine ont besoin d'être affûtés, peut être laisse les sel et poivres. Canapé à voir. Superbe séjour. Solarium apprécie.

Phantastische Unterkunft mit sehr hohem Standard in Ausstattung und deren Pflege

Das Anwesen liegt am Hang in Richtung Meer, an einer kleinen ruhigen Wohnstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Stadtzentrum sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist eine von drei Wohnungen in dem Gebäude. Sie geht über das gesamte oberste Stockwerk und hat Fenster zu allen Himmelsrichtungen. Die Einrichtung ist in allen Belangen sehr hochwertig. Z.B. sind alle Rollläden und die Mariesen elektrisch bedienbar. Die Bäder sind in Naturstein mit Designerarmaturen. Auch Kleinigkeiten wie die bereitgestellten Handtücher und Seifen sind sehr hochwertig. Der große Balkon zum Garten/Pool verfügt über einen schönen großen Tisch, komfortable Stühle, eine Lounge Sofaecke und einen tollen, großen Gasgrill. Das Ganze setzt sich fort im Garten, der mehr wie ein Park in einem Schloss wirk. Der Pool, die Gartenmöbel, die Pooldusche, Die Pétanque-Bahn alles da und in einer Qualität, die den Urlaub zu einem Genuss macht. Vielen Dank an Phillipe und seine Frau, die sehr freundliche Gastgeber sind und alles tun damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.

Wonderful and comfortable appartment with great pool and garden area

Spacious and nicely decorated 3 bedroom flat with all amenities close to city centre. Sharing the pool and wonderful garden with just one other family. Owners life on site but completely discreet. Very nice welcome with some bread, ham, butter, milk stocked in the fridge, and also a nice good bye with a good bottle of local Rose wine. Highly recommended, would return any time.

Venus réveillonner 4 jours entre amis, nous avons été accueillis par Philippe et Cathie qui avait décoré l’appartement avec gout aux couleurs blanc et argent de noël. Plus qu’un appartement, il s’agit en fait d’une villa sur 3 étages, son jardin en étages et sa piscine. Nous louions le plus grand appartement et le confort fut total : lits 160, duvets et draps de lin, grande cuisine conviviale, salon et terrasse cosy ! Les atouts du Sud et la gentillesse des gens du Nord :)

Stunning Aparment in Great Location

The villa/apartment is set in beautiful peaceful location. Plenty of space for everyone with all the essentials for a great holiday. The centre of Cavalaire-Sur-Mer is only a 5 minute walk from the property where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants . Local supermarket is also a 2 minute drive away. The property owners are very welcoming and happy to assist with any request. We loved our holiday here and will return. Thankyou for a great week.

A brilliant villa and lovely owners

We stayed for two weeks in this villa and experienced the Cote d'Aazur in its best way. The interior and garden/pool area are well decorated and of the highest quality. The owners really made us feel welcome. We will definitely return.

COMME CHEZ SOI !!

Nous avons tellement apprécié cet endroit que nous y sommes retournés en avril. Un accueil chaleureux, on se sent comme si nous étions chez nous. Les propriétaires , bien que présents, sont discrets. Le terrain de boules a été fort apprécié des enfants ainsi que la piscine. Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité, pas de mauvaises surprises. Une chose est sûre, nous y retournerons.

Un séjour de rêve en famille à Cavalaire

Nous étions dans l'appartement de 100 M2. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement moderne décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très confortable (notamment la literie). La propreté est irréprochable ; ce qui est pour nous un point particulièrement important. Le jardin est superbe avec des citronniers qui en cette saison sentent particulièrement bon. La piscine est très agréable et nos hôtes ont prêté des jouets pour les enfants qui s'en sont donné à cœur-joie. Cathy et Philippe Brutin sont des hôtes charmants et pleins d'attention pour nous et nos enfants tout en restant discrets. En conclusion, une destination idéale pour découvrir la Côte d'Azur.

Vacances très agréables dans un cadre enchanteur.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Cavalaire-sur-Mer. Quel bel endroit pour passer les fêtes de fin d'année. La maison de Philippe et Catherine est très bien agencée. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût par Catherine. Les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que le living. La cuisine ne manque de rien : on y retrouve tous les appareils ménagers, même un Blender pour faire de bons jus. Quel plaisir de prendre de manger sur la terrasse le premier janvier. Le solarium donne une très belle vue sur la baie de Cavalaire. De plus, la maison est très bien située car les commerces, la plage et le centre sont très proches. Cavalaire offre beaucoup d'avantages : elle reste une ville à taille humaine, très propre et il ne faut pas faire beaucoup de kilomètres pour découvrir de merveilleux villages comme Grimaud, Bormes, Gassin, ... Saint-Tropez n'est pas loin non plus. La région en dehors des mois d'été dévoile tous ses charmes. C'est vraiment à recommander et merci à Philippe et Catherine qui nous ont permis de garder un excellent souvenir de la région. Ils ont aussi été très flexibles face à nos demandes. On espère revenir assez vite.
