The Sandpiper Condo, a direct oceanfront 4th floor corner unit in Ormond Beach, Florida just a little north of Daytona Beach and south of Flagler Beach and St. Augustine, Florida. This laid back beach side vacation rental is all about the relaxation and comfort. It is perfect for couple or for family and friend vacations on the beautiful Atlantic ocean.

The heated oceanfront pool is right on the beach. You will have to make a difficult yourself at the pool or sun yourself on the sand? You wisely decide to do both; it's what the beach life is all about.

This 2 bedroom condominium unit is fully furnished and has secure underground parking garage with additional parking on the main level. Laundry facilities are conveniently located right inside the condo unit. Separate Dining Area and Breakfast Bar. Has sleeping for 4 in beds and 5-6 including sofa bed available.

Join us at the beach in this pleasant seaside retreat. Plenty of great books to borrow and read while you're here. Grocery and restaurants are nearby. Everything you need for a great vacation in Ormond Beach, Florida 32176.

This was our second stay in this condo. And just like the first stay, it was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Safe feeling and very quiet. Publix and some restaurants an easy walk from condo. Great communication with host and very easy check in. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our trip to Ormond Beach and our stay in The Sandpiper condo made it even better! The condo was beautiful, the host was attentive, and we had the most wonderful view of the beach.

Perfect oceanfront condo

This 4th floor oceanfront condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The oceanfront balcony is perfect. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing vacation spot, this is it! Publix is across the street as well as several restaurants. Entire Seawinds Condo complex is very safe feeling.

Quiet beach, beautiful view

We loved the location of this condo! It's close to restaurants and attractions, and the beach was not overly crowded. The condo is exactly as advertised. The only improvement would be to add some room darkening curtains in the primary bedroom for guests who'd like to sleep in while on vacation.

We are from Ohio and fell in love with this great beach community when we first started staying in Ormond Beach in 2003. Greg is a firefighter in OH and both of us need to get away and relax by the sea---and this is the perfect place!

Why they chose this property

Ormond by the Sea has miles of lovely beaches and low density buildings. This area is not wall to wall high rises. It is the way Florida used to back and easy living by the ocean.
