On the ground floor: living room, kitchen overlooking private courtyard with barbeque garden, a garage for small car, motorbikes or bicycles, a toilet and a saddler. A comfortable staircase to join address the office serving with 3 bedrooms of 9, 10 and 11 m², bathroom and separate toilet. Free parking at 30 m.

Séjour Gironde
Bien situé pour visiter Bordeaux, et rayonner dans toute la région, vignoble et au delà. A quelques minutes de la rocade qui donne accès à l'ensemble des sites à visiter.

Soggiorno di lavoro a Bordeaux
Complessivamente un buon soggiorno di lavoro ma abbiamo saputo solo una settimana prima che lenzuola, asciugamani e pulizie finali non erano inclusi. Le lenzuola ricevute erano "usa e getta" e in casa non c'era sapone ne' shampoo. Le toilette non si potevano chiudere a chiave e in cucina un pannello del soffitto è caduto mentre eravamo lì.

Convenient to Bordeaux. Quiet neighborhood.
Facilities were very clean. Be ready to climb stairs. Kitchen could use a few more tools( paring knives, more bowls, pot scraper, small storage containers, measuring cups). Instructions for the washing machine, oven, dryer would be nice. Cotton sheets would be preferred instead of microfiber. Parking was very difficult and the pigeons dirtied the car regularly. Neighbors were very helpful. It was fine for 2-3 people but any more would be very crowded.

Super Woche in Lormont
Die Wohnung ist super für Familien, gerade wenn man mit Teenagern unterwegs ist, da sie drei separate Schlafzimmer bietet. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Couch, eine Küche mit allem was man braucht und eine Terrasse im Hinterhof mit dem besonderen Blick auf die Autobahnbrücke über die Garonne (hört man aber nicht). Anbindung nach Bordeaux geht super, Bushaltestelle oder Bootsanbindung ganz nah). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Deshalb wüsste ich nicht warum ich keine 5 Sterne geben sollte.

Très bon séjour au gîte
Le gîte est agréable et bien situé pour la visite de Bordeaux et environs. Nous avons pris le Bat3 pour nous rendre à la cité du vin et aller au centre ville. Nous avons visité le bassin d'Arcachon et un domaine viticole. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très accueillants. C'est une bonne adresse à conserver.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Bordeaux für 2 bis 5 Personen
Nettes, sauberes Haus, gut ausgestattet in ruhiger Lage. Ausreichend Geschirr etc in der Küche. Bequeme Betten. Sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Vermieter. Viel Informationsmaterial in der Wohnung. Nachteile: Man braucht schon rund 30 Minuten mit Bus, Bahn oder Fähre bis ins Stadtzentrum. Und (für Menschen mit Geh-Problemen) die Umgebung des Hauuses ist ziemlich hügelig.

gite du vieux lormont
Gîte bien situé dans une rue calme avec parking à proximité. Bordeaux facilement accessible par le batcub ou le tramway et en une bonne demi heure du gîte en voiture on est à St Emilion ou à Blaye , lieux touristiques. Le logement est propre et bien fonctionnel pour 5 personnes. Les propriétaires sont supers à tout point de vue: contact, infos .... à recommander ....

calme et proximité de Bordeaux
Le gîte est situé dans un quartier calme du vieux Lormont, il est spacieux et bien équipé. De la cour (terrasse) on aperçoit le pont d'Aquitaine. En moins de 10 min à pieds se trouve l'embarcadère du bateau qui relit Lormont à Bordeaux, ce qui est pratique parce qu'on peut laisser la voiture sur place (pas de soucis de stationnement). Je tiens à souligner le bon accueil des voisins commissionnés par les propriétaires.

Trés bon séjour à Lormont du 29/04 au 6/05 2018
Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire avant le séjour,et pendant. Le gîte est conforme aux photos,très propre et bien équipé. Pour visiter Bordeaux, il est bien situé et la voiture n'est pas indispensable. A 5 minutes à pied il y a la navette fluviale qui offre 4 arrêts stratégiques; c'est très agréable de se retrouver sur la Garonne. C'est une adresse que je recommande.

Excellent Stay, Charming Neighbors
Dear Marion & Bernard- Please accept our sincere thanks for a wonderful two months in the townhouse. It was perfect for us, location was great (we loved taking the BAT boat to all the quays in Bordeaux) for both visiting the city and the countryside all around (Arcachon, St. Emilion, etc.). There is so much to do and see in the area. We had a great time! And the neighbors, Christophe & Mimi, were wonderful to us. We hope to come back next year! Kim & Paul
