Southeast facing, three bedroom, three bath, private home. This outstanding home sits on the golfcourse overlooking a double fairway view on the private Palmer course at PGA West, away from cart paths and golf balls. Equipped for great entertainment and personal enjoyment the home Boasts 4 TV's (one in every bedroom) and a wet bar. The kitchen has a center island, granite counters, and opens to the family room and views. Family room and dining room have stunning golf course views! This popular floor plan offers 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom opens to the pool, fairway, and those southern mountain views! Swim in your private sparkling pool soaking in the sun all day while watching golf in the distance and enjoy the jacuzzi at your leisure. High ceilings and windows provide lots of natural light in the house.

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing weekend at PGA West, a World Class golf community, this is the home for you!
We are not golf members so there is no use of the Palmer Private Course. There is a public course for play.
Our number one goal is that you have a great time! PGA West is one of the nicest gated communities in the Desert. Let's keep it that way.

We are an active family from Southern California. We love the desert for how close it is for us to vacation. We love the heat, the views, the hiking and how stress free we feel when we are out there.
Why they chose this property
This property is special because of the golf course views, the private pool and the Mountain views. These were our three top "wants" in a desert property and we were so fortunate to find them in PGA West!
