Located just 1/4 mile from the water, this wonderful cottage is the perfect setting for a family vacation. A comfortable interior space complimented by a large outdoor deck make 125 Turnip a great place to relax and enjoy Cape Cod. A 1/4 mile walk down the road provides private access to Cook's Brook Beach, located on Cape Cod's Bay Side, and a five-minute drive offers access to larger public beaches such as Campground Beach and First Encounter Beach. All of the Bay Side beaches are perfect for families and small children, with endless sand flats a low tide and warm, gentle waters at high tide. Come visit 125 Turnip and discover all that Cape Cod and Eastham have to offer.

Great place and location

We had everything we needed for our young toddler and the outdoor shower was great. All of the space was comfortable and walking to the beach was convenient and easy.

Great trip

Property was great. Location was perfect. It rained the whole time but we still had fun. My kids loved the puzzles and walking to the beach in the rain. My mom has been coming to this neighborhood for 70 years, and was very happy with the rental.

Amazing as always!

Cozy Cape Cod cottage by the bay

The cottage is exactly as pictured and has everything we needed for a great Cape Cod vacation. The house is very comfortable and we spent hours on the deck. Mike is a great host, would definitely stay there again!

Amazing week!

Second summer in a row renting the cottage and it was yet again absolutely wonderful! Clean, stocked and steps away from the bay beach for unbelievable sunsets! Will be booking again for next summer!

Fantastic location

We loved our stay at this charming cottage. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. The easy walk to the bay for the beach and water was so convenient and the cottage itself was well-stocked with everything we could need. It was so nice to enjoy the deck and the hammock for a relaxing day outdoors. We fully enjoyed our time here!

Perfect Family Rental

Our family of four (including a 6 year old and a 1 year old) stayed the week and had a fantastic time together. This house was in a great location to local attractions, bike riding, and the beach by the house was perfect for our family. The size was just right for us and gave us the opportunity to play together on the beach, on the porch, in the hammock and inside playing board games. Plus, the house was ready for kids with high chairs and pack and play. Highly recommend!

A quiet retreat

Great vacation

The cottage was clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the bay or a short drive to the ocean. We were close to beaches, restaurants, ice cream, and groceries. The cottage was supplied with everything we would need. We all loved our week there and hated to leave it.

Wonderful cottage!

My husband, daughter and I had a wonder stay at this great Cape Cod cottage. It had all the comforts of home and a short walk to the beach! There are nice restaurants nearby and activities for all ages. We loved our vacation and will definitely be back to visit!

Very clean, easily accessible, convenient to many locations.

First 2 days we said let’s go back to the cottage, after that we said let’s go home, because it felt like home! Easy to settle in, we loved the out door shower and the peacefulness of the property!

Delightful stay at adorable Cottage

The Cottage was clean, well-appointed, and perfectly situated within walking distance of a Bayside Beach. We felt relaxed and safe and enjoyed our stay immensely. Our host was responsive and accommodating to all of our questions. We will definitely stay there again!

I have never stayed in a place so we'll stocked. All I really needed was my clothes and food. The house was true to the listing. Very comfortable, except my back wasn't happy with the uncomfortable 70's furniture, but I can't have everything on vacation. Wonderful deck. Sat there many mornings with coffee just chatting with friends. The house was spotless, an information book with everything, awesome cable and Wifi. Lots of puzzle's and games. Looking around the yard excellent for kids with rope swings. Pretty quiet area. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for being so thoughtful providing everything for a wonderful vacation.

Late August in Eastham

We had a great week enjoying the beach in Eastham. The cottage was located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood with easy access to 2 bayside beaches (20-min stroll north or south). Accommodations were just right for 2 couples and 2 toddlers, with enough room to roam inside and a lovely backyard & deck outside. Cottage was family-friendly (easy to childproof) and well-equipped with full kitchen, 2 highchairs, and a pack n play. The proprietor was quick to answer questions prior to our stay and very helpful, would stay in same location again.

Clean, private and a great location

Walk to semi private beach on the bay side and short drive to Cape Cod National Seashore beaches. Very clean home with all the beach amenities our family needed (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc). Conveniently located close to most places on the Cape.
