"A Blue Pearl" is a totally remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home, only 3 blocks to the sand of Seagrove Beach.

King bed in the master bedroom, a set of bunks in the guest bedroom with a twin on top/double on bottom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

The pool is just steps away and includes plenty of space to catch some rays plus shady spots beneath the suspended sails. Two charcoal grills, seating, and hammocks complete the common space shared by just 16 similar cottages along the circle.

Nice home

The house was a good for a family of 4. Short walk to the beach. Only negative thing I would say is that the top bunk in the 2nd bedroom was wobbly. Also it sits very close to the ceiling fan. Other than that, it was a nice clean house for us.

Cute Cottage!

We really enjoyed having a cute cottage. We had no noise from people being on top of us such as in a condo. The pool was a nice welcomed bonus!

Would definitely come back

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Pearl. It is starting to show some wear, but the layout worked well for our family and the location was great with a very short walk to the beach and 10 minute bike ride to Seaside. We went for two weeks - once before Spring Break and once during. We had one night where our neighbours to the west were not respectful (loud music after midnight, yelling kids running around). It would be nice if beach towels would be provided - it seems like a small thing, especially for guests who are not driving there (we flew from Canada). The listing also said it did not have beach chairs - we assume the previous guests left theirs behind, so a thank you to them!

Perfect

I enjoyed my stay. It was perfect for my spouse and my mom's stay. The home was clean and everything we needed for our four night stay. The location was very convenient to the grocery store and a lot of great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation. The front and back porch were very nice to have as well.

Fairly clean, great spot

Loved the location. It was a quiet cul-de-sac close to the beach. Didn't love that the shower drains were clogged & that there was no air filter on the air intake for the a.c. But otherwise it was a fairly clean & beautiful property. Loved that it was so close to breakfast spots & coffee shops.

Cute Cottage, Great Location Close to the Beach

We had a great stay at the Blue Pearl over 4th of July week. The cottage is roomy and comfortable for a family of four, close to the beach and just a short bike ride away from Seaside. We love the location right in the heart of 30A. Would've loved to have just a few more basics (e.g. a few more trash bags, coffee filters, salt and pepper), but nothing that you can't just grab at Publix or Tom Thumb, which is right down the street. Overall, the cottage had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing stay!

Wonderful stay for families

We loved the size of this property and the incredible proximity to the pool and beach access for our family. We loved the small fenced back area for our daughter to play in the evening. I do wish the property had some more amenities with families in mind like a pack n play, air fryer, non glass dish ware or a porch railing to hang towels on outside. The washer was very loud so we would recommend running that during the day - it didn’t seem to be able to handle a large load very easily. Overall we would recommend this property and would absolutely be back again to stay in this quaint neighborhood.

Perfect getaway and perfect 30A location!

Me and my fiancé spent a long weekend here for my birthday. It was the perfect location. A quick walk to the beach with easy beach access. Right down the road from seaside and a lot of good restaurants. Local seafoood market right down the road. Definitely will return!

Great Getaway

Our "cottage" was in a nice area - very quiet and private. Nicely decorated and spacious for the four of us. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. Located a few blocks from the beach which is within walking distance but was glad to find public beach with parking across from Santa Clara St. (.8 mile) To get a spot had to be there early and stay the day. Enjoyed local restaurants, especially Angelina's Pizzeria, and shops. Spent a day at Seaside which is a couple miles away and enjoyed walking the dunes at Grayton Beach State Park. It was nice to come back to our "cottage" at the end of the day to relax. Look forward to returning in the future.

Great house close to beach.

This house was better than expected from the pictures. The living kitchen area is actually pretty large. Couch and beds were comfy. AC worked great. Neighborhood was great. Kitchen was fully stocked. They probably need to get a new washer and dryer because those didn't work at all but we just laid our towels out at night.

Good family rental

We stayed 5 nights with our two children. Size of home provided plenty of room, the layout is excellent. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad, but wished there would have been a public beach assess right across the street. You do have to walk either to east or west for a bit to assess. With small children that makes it a little harder. The home was nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen worked well, but you have to purchase all things including salt and pepper. Cleanliness: I gave it a 4/5. I did find several hairs on the bathroom floor, the master bed sheets, although soft, had several wholes in them. The bathroom towels are small and rough. Comfort: the beds/mattress themselves were very comfortable. Couches and chairs in living space were nice and provided excellent family time. Neighborhood: the pool is small but provided a place to get outside. The area is okay, not the most picturesque, but was cute little cul-de-sac. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Overall positive experience!

Although not on the beach, this house is a 5 minute walk to public beach access and is also close to other restaurants, bike rentals,, etc.. The back porch looks out to an open field, but I suspect houses will be built over the next few years to ruin the peace. We enjoyed coffee out back most mornings.. For families with small kids, note that the front door doesn't have a way to lock from the inside. We spent a lot of time distracting our 2 year old as he kept opening the door. Definitely needs a lock. Other negatives...the dryer is very weak. And so so loud. Drying clothes outside is faster. We had to run the dryer 2 to 3 times to actually dry anything completely. The washer was pretty bad as well. Wifi was slow and our main TV didn't work very well. Overall, we would recommend this place!
