Very nice house with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfectly renovated and located in a quiet community consisting of a few houses. The pool, which is located just behind the house, is common to these houses. It is accessed by taking a small staircase through the garden. The house is very spacious and has many terraces to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. To enjoy an extra bedroom and bathroom, it is possible to rent the independent apartment located on the ground floor. This apartment consists of a living-dining room, a bathroom, a kitchen and a large bedroom with double bed. Rent both properties is a perfect option to spend holidays with family or friends, while keeping his privacy (the prices listed in the ad are only applicable to the rental of the main house, quote on request). The apartment is not rented when the house is rented. The area is very quiet and is next to a golf course (siesta golf), reachable in a few minutes on foot. Many shops, restaurants and bars are 1 km away and the nearest beach is 2.5 km away. Rent from Saturday to Saturday only in August. Fab stay in Calahonda

Property had everything you need for a great family holiday. Super shared pool which we had largely to ourselves. Villa owner easily contactable and very helpful. Would recommend having a car if staying at this property. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus

Sehr schön eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Kochfeld mit nur 3 Platten und etwas älteren Gartenstühlen. Ruhige Lage, Umgebung und Pool in gepflegtem Zustand. Waren auch ausserhalb der Bürozeiten erreichbar. Empfehlenswert👍

Génial, confortable, luxueux et propre.

Charmante maison au calme très très confortable et super bien équipé. La maison est aussi très bien décoré. Il y a plusieurs terasses pour se relaxer et une piscine bien entretenue pour se rafraichir accès très facile par quelque escalier donnant sur le jardin. Mes enfants et moi même se sont régalés la maison est génial à recommander sans hésiter.

Demeure très agréable à vivre et conforme à la description.

La maison est située dans un cadre florissant et calme. La mer est à 15 mn à pieds. Point de départ idéal à mes yeux pour aller visiter l'Andalousie et ses saveurs. A recommander les yeux fermés, et les propriétaires sont à l'image de leur maison.

Gîte très propre et très agréable. Pas loin de la mer. Très calme et bien entretenu. Loin des grands immeubles dans une zone résidentielle. Tout ce qu'il faut sur place pour démarrer un séjour réussi.

Comfortabel huis in rustige omgeving

Heerlijk huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Twee goede badkamers, ruime slaapkamers en een lekker zwembad. We hebben hier 2 weken gezeten toen het erg warm was, maar geen last gehad van de warmte. Eigenaars zijn zeer behulpzaam en goed te bereiken. Mooie, rustige locatie, alleen moet je wel alles met de auto doen. De slaapkamers hebben beide een 2 persoonsbed, wat het ideaal maakt voor 2 stellen of een gezin met 1 kind (zoals wij). Het lekkerst hebben wij gegeten in de vele kleine tentjes aan het strand. Is ook niet duur.

Nice and quiet.

Spacious, clean and quiet house which is in a convenient spot for the coast and the airports. All amenities of the property work well and the owners are only too helpful when needed.
