Excellent séjour

L'appartement est très beau, le jardin magnifique et le propriètaire très gentil. La seule remarque est que le canapé-lit est vieux et pas trop confortable

Endroit parfait pour nous

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la cuisine d'été et la terrasse. Et d’avoir une place de parking . L’endroit est super calme. Le propriétaire discret. La résidence très sécurisée. Il est vrai que la salle de bain est petite et que les 2 chambres sont en enfilade mais la salle à manger est spacieuse et la cuisine bien équipée et de toutes façons la terrasse et sa tranquillité effacent ce problème. Nous avons pu fêter les 30 ans de notre fils en famille en toute quiétude et c'est ce qui compte ....Merci au propriétaire

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé un agréable moment dans le logement de Jean-Pierre. Son logement est situé dans une résidence très sécurisée. Nous étions à 20 min du centre ville. Il y a possibilité de stationner gratuitement 2 vehicules et ça c'est vraiment pratique à Nice. En revanche, l'unique salle de bains étant attenante à la seconde chambre qui est elle-même communicante à la première chambre, c'était compliqué au début pour s'organiser à 6. Mais on a finit par prendre le pli 😉 La terrasse est AU TOP! C'etait vraiment sympa de profiter d'un tel extérieur. On a vraiment adoré. C'est vraiment le gros plus de ce logement. Et Jean-Pierre est un hôte très sympathique et très arrangeant. Merci pour tout.

Very lovely place

We had a great time in the very lovely villa. The owner was very helpful and gave recommendations for restaurants, beaches and so one. Absolutely outstanding is the Pizza Oven which is absolutely unique. We will definitely recommend you and come back !!! Thank you so much for everything!!!!!

Für eine Woche war es okay

Eigentlich war Check -in ab 16.00 möglich. Leider hat uns der Vermieter noch 2,5 Stunden warten lassen und wir konnten erst um 18.30 in die Wohnung. Nach 14 Stunden Fahrt mit 2 Hunden an Bord bei über 30 ° nicht akzeptabel. Alles in allem hat die Wohnung schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Zerschlissene Bestuhlung und ein defektes Klappsofa . Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht, trotz Rollläden war es sehr warm . Eigentlich möchte man im Urlaub nicht schlechter wohnen als Zuhause. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde. Die Hunde durften wir nicht in der Wohnung lassen, weil sie am ersten Tag dort alleine gebellt haben. Ist jedoch verständlich, da sich der Vermieter vor den Fenstern aufgehalten haben muss. Es wurde auch nicht angegeben, dass der Eigentümer über der Wohnung wohnt. Ich würde die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

+ großes Ess-/ Wohnzimmer mit Platz für 8 Leute + der Garten mit Terasse und Grillbereich - die Zimmeraufteilung. Man geht durch das eine Schlafzimmer, um ins andere Schlafzimmer zu gelangen und anschließend erst ins Badezimmer mit Dusche - der Abfluss in der Küche verstopft sehr schnell!! Mit dem Spülbecken war leider trotz des Mittels (welches wir selbst bezahlen mussten) kein Abwasch möglich!

Calme et reposant

maison de standing tout confort. Les pièces de vie sont très confortables avec une décoration soignée. Accès direct sur une terrasse très agréable ensoleillée et jardin clos pouvant accueillir enfant et animaux. Le propriétaire vivant au-dessus reste très discret. Le seul petit bémol est la taille de la salle de bain que nous avons trouvé trop petite. Nous conseillons cette villa pour un séjour en famille.

Very nice property with a lovely patio area for relaxing.

Just home from a relaxing break in Nice staying in a well equipped house in a lovely neighbourhood. Also a good location for daily walks/jogging with outstanding views. We took our small dog and the enclosed garden was perfect. Jean pierre was very welcoming and gave us recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat. We will definitely be returning to Nice.

Petit coin de Paradis sur les collines niçoises

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé. La pièce de vie est spacieuse, il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. L'environnement est très agréable, très calme, très vert. les commerces sont à quelques minutes en voiture. La promenade le long du canal pour un jogging ou une balade digestive : la cerise sur le gâteau ! Nous reviendrons volontiers pour nos séjours niçois !

Très bien, je recommande

Ce fut une très bonne expérience. Tout d'abord villa au calme à la fois reposante et aussi pas loin du centre de Nice (10'), la résidence est très bien sécurisée (plusieurs portails idéal pour les enfants). Pour les sportifs possibilité de courir juste à coté ! Bref tout était très agréable et un propriétaire attentif et sympathique.
