This High-Quality Luxury home was built for entertaining and sits across the street from river. You'll be greeted by a large vaulted great room with wood ceilings, huge rock fireplace with a custom mantel and barn wood walls. The floating custom wood shelves hold the big screen tv. Sit back on the large reclining sectional for the whole family, you'll find its great for relaxing.
The Chiefs Kitchen features, A large island, Custom hood vent, custom cabinets, top Quality appliances, 2 ovens, microwave, gas range and is fully stocked.( 2 refrigerators one in the garage ) You can't help but to enjoy the fun café nook sitting area.
Relax and wind down in the Incredible master suite with king bed and a one-of-a-kind master bath that features a river rock floor surrounded by tile and rock along with a giant shower and free-standing soak tub. The private front bedroom has a California king and its own private bath. You'll find a custom wood counter with raised sinks held by chains like you have never seen before in the guest bathroom.

Air hocky, Ping Pong, Foss Ball, and even cornhole toss. Close to the river for fishing or just viewing. I've heard this may be the best vacation home in Sunriver.

Beautiful home, great for a summer stay

The home is beautiful and the owners are very responsive with any questions/concerns. Special details were left throughout the home including a welcome basket, kids toys in the bunk room, spices in the kitchen, board games, air hockey, ping pong and foosball in the garage. This was all very nice but for our large party who came to Sunriver to ski at Mt Bachelor we would not stay again in the winter months. There is no mud room and very minimal hooks on the walls to hang winter gear. Two of the bedrooms do not have a closet, and one of those rooms is not hooked into the central heat making it quite cold in the winter.

Beautiful House

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house. It easily accommodated the 12 of us. The kids loved the upstairs bonus room, the kitchen and dining has ample seating and the living room holds a big group. The hosts were very attentive and hospitable. A great time was had by all!

Great Family Retreat

Our family of 11 adults enjoyed this property. It is in a quiet part of Sunriver but still easily accessible to all of the surrounding activities. The home has lots of amenities and gathering areas for large groups. We especially enjoyed the back outdoor patio in the mornings. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Ideal For Large Family Reunions

Owner (Steve) was always available via text message and did an excellent job keeping in touch with us. The home was ideal for our family celebration of an 85th and 80th birthday. This home is in a beautiful location within Sun River. It has adequate space for everyone. The hosts were very responsive, and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need for your vacation. The house is also well stocked with pantry staples, bikes, games, etc.

Wonderful setting for family vacation

We Loved staying at this beautiful home! There was room for our large family!! The outside covered patio is so enjoyable we spent many hours sitting back there having morning coffee, talking, cooking and watching the deer and people going along the bike path. There were games in the garage to use and bikes for us to enjoy all the trails. Everything worked well and the owners were friendly and responsive!! Just a beautiful home five stars all around!! Thank you Steve!! Highly recommend!!

Fabulous house for a family reunion

My family had a wonderful family reunion at this gorgeous house. We loved the convenience to the bike paths and the river. My grandkids and kids enjoyed the use of the bikes and the games in the garage. Steve and Kim are great hosts and were responsive to our inquiries. They left a nice touch of a gift basket that was enjoyed by all. Would differently rent this house again.

Beautiful, Spacious, Family Friendly Home

We loved our stay in Sunriver. We were celebrating a 70th birthday and the home did not disappoint! Large enough to comfortably fit our extended family of twelve. The phots and description were spot on. We walked the river path every day and enjoyed all the beauty of the Deschutes! The Village was a bit far for our kids to bike to but the game room in the garage was a great substitute. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. We love the area and will be back soon!

Great Property

We enjoyed the house very much. We had a group of 12 and had plenty of room. The house was a short walk to the river and about a 30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor. There were plenty of bikes and games in the garage like ping pong and air hockey. The entire group enjoyed the location and amenities.

We stayed here week before Christmas with my sister's family. Everything was great. Steve is a great host, the house was immaculate, a nice gift basket we appreciated. Very generous with supplies as well. Wireless worked great. Beds were comfortable. 5 stars!

Amazing Home, Amazing Vacation

We had such a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Our family of 4 generations (from my 89 year old mother to my 1 year old grandson) had memorable times playing games, watching movies, bike riding, taking walks to the river, and enjoying the many riches of central Oregon. This home made our vacation extra special. The home was just the right size for our family - a large open space that included the kitchen, family room and dining room. This was a great way to stay connected and enjoy everyone's company. Upstairs had a space for the kids to watch movies and play games - they had such a good time in their own space. The outdoor space and furniture were comfortable and provided a very relaxing environment. This home was fully stocked with both cooking utensils and basic supplies. The garage had a ping pong table, foosball table and an air hockey table - which the kids and adults both loved. The bikes at this home we of good quality and all worked well. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and this home was meticulously clean when we arrived - which we greatly appreciated. We have stayed at many houses in Sunriver over many years and this home has been one of the best and it fit our family perfectly. The responsiveness and kindness of the owners, Steve and Kim, were evident from my first email communication with them. I appreciate them allowing us to use their beautiful home for our vacation and will definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the entire place. We are a family of 9 who travel with each other every two years and very in age from the 70's to 14. Varied interests naturly so someplace that can address this is a plus. This spot really hit it for us as there is a large kitchen, well equipped, where we could all gather but also had plenty of spaces where you could just get away if desired. The community was great due to the trails and paved hiking areas which were also enjoyed by all. Overall a great experience.

This home was wonderful & very clean. We had everything we needed & appreciated the unlimited supply of garbage bags, dish washing soap & toilet paper. The only disappointment we had was that we weren’t able to take the grandkids to the Shark Pool. All the pools were limited to SunRiver owners only due to not enough staff.

Beautiful home, well equipped, spacious Comfortable beds. In a great location which feels more private and secluded. Definitely needs curtains in the kids room upstairs. Also in need of a larger table for outdoor eating. Advertised as having swimming pool access but in reality only four Individual one time passes.

Outstanding home

The house became our home, and exceeded everyone's expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of 11--8 adults and three ages 10-12. The kitchen is well stocked; the gas stove is first class; the kids loved their own bunk bedroom; the outdoor grill was a hit; all enjoyed the table games in the garage and there are plenty of bikes. And, of course, the hot tub was a kick for the younger ones. Have no hesitations in recommencing this home. The only negative, and this is a minor one,--don't forget to bring your own blender. And probably the most important attraction for this home is the owners. Steve was instantly responsive (he must have his phone attached to his hip) anytime we had a question. He is unbelievably quick. We were all impressed with his quickness, even when we had an internet question.. You can stop your VRBO search now. Book this place!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house and it just keeps getting better! We were reminded of how great the layout is, how it gives everyone privacy and what a great large common space it has for hanging out together. The house is fully stocked, very clean and has a well organized kitchen. There was even a thoughtful Valentine’s Day welcome package as well as some added touches for the kids! We will definitely be back!

Sunriver Vacation

What a great house and a perfect location. Close to all the amenities and the local village. Easy access to bike trails and nearby attractions. The house had every amenity you could want, and was also very comfortable for our entire family. The owners were very accommodating and checked in before, during and after our stay to ensure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this house for anyone heading to the Sunriver/Bend area!!

Sunriver Reunion

We had a great time and this home offered an escape for our family in these unusual times. The layout of the home is excellent...plenty of room for us to gather or separate. While the home is newer construction, some of the furnishings are dated. The home was also not as clean as we would have expected, particularly due to COVID sensitivity. Open food containers were left in the refrigerator and trash had not been removed from the property before our arrival. We notified the owner and he stated that they had recently changed cleaning services. This appears to be a newer rental and a few processes haven’t been fine tuned yet. Addressing these would clearly make this property 5 stars.
