Enjoy a typical Mallorcan stone house recently renovated, with wonderful views. It is located in the heart of the wonderful landscape of the Sierra de Tramuntana, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The tranquility of the environment and its location make it perfect to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Ideal for hikers, since just 10 minutes from the house there are numerous excursion departure points.

The house is surrounded by more than 18000m2 of pine and oak forest. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, a large porch with oven and barbecue and a large terrace from which you can see the entire Soller Valley, its port and wonderful sunsets .

Genau das, was wir gesucht haben!
Ein urgemütlich-rustikales Ambiente. Eine absolut tadellose Sauberkeit mit toller Bettwäsche. Eine fantastische Küchen- und Grillausstattung - soviel selber gekocht habe ich schon lange nicht mehr. Und letztendlich: Eine grandiose Aussicht bis weit über das Meer - wo kann man besser träumen und die Seele baumeln lassen?

Schöne Lage; Betten teilweise nicht ausreichend für größere Menschen; in der Nacht zum 5.10. starke Lärmbelästigung durch Autos. Am 5.10. findet auf der Hauptstraße ein Autorennen statt.

Amazing Views
I loved the vibe of this place, it’s a beautiful old home but renovated with modern amenities. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice, you could just sit and stare at the mountains and the sea for hours. The pool was perfect for a dip and cooling off. This house really was what we wanted, it was rustic yet comfortable. The property was very private and there were hiking trails right at the end of the drive. Regina was also very kind and helpful. Really hope to come back some day.

Wunderschön!!
Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit absolut perfekter Aussicht über Soller und Port Soller. Es liegt sehr einsam und ruhig am Ende eines Privatweges. Für Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto. Wanderungen sind direkt ab dem Haus möglich. Ein nettes Lokal (Ses Barques) mit toller Aussicht ist fussläufig in der Nähe. Wir kommen wieder.

Your own private mirador
Totally private house with incredible views down the mountains, over Port de Soller and to the horizon for gorgeous sunsets. Incredibly well-equipped for a self-catering holiday and with good supermarkets just 15 minutes drive down the hill in Soller. Walks into the hills or down into the valley of Fornalutx are literally on your doorstep. Pool is suitable for a refreshing, cold dip rather than a swim (although a child might manage a few strokes). The one drawback - for summer - is that air con is only in living area and one of the 4 bedrooms. Otherwise, and when not so hot, a brilliant holiday home.

Das Haus mit dem schönsten Blick auf Soller
Sehr schönes Haus mit einem unbezahlbaren Blick ins Tal von Soller. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Wanderungen sind direkt vom Haus möglich. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig.

Wunderbare Finca mit spektakulärer Aussicht
Es war ein tolles Erlebnis mit unseren Freunden in dieser wunderbaren Finca. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar, die Finca hat alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt braucht: Pool, zwei Hängematten, voll ausgestattete Küche, WLAN, eine tolle Gastgeberin Regina. Es war einfach grandios.

Wunderbare Finca mit phantastischem Ausblick
Die Finca ist komplett ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt! Der Blick ist atemberaubend und hat uns jeden Morgen wieder fasziniert. Die Kommunikation mit Regina war perfekt. Wir haben vier Wochen an diesem phantastischen Ort verbracht und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Wir haben uns in diese Finca verliebt.

Exzellente Aussicht
Es war ein besonderes Geschenk, diese Haus mit seiner fantastischen Aussicht von der Terrasse aus bewohnen zu dürfen. Der kleine Pool reicht zur Erfrischung völlig aus, den Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend auf dem Silbertablett. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, es gibt praktisch keine Nachbarn. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, die Familie immer hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist ein altes mallorquinisches Steinhaus mit besonderem Charme und mit allem ausgestattet, was im Urlaub benötigt werden könnte.

Nice view, but the property is not maintained.
House: - 4 bedrooms: 2 with correct mattress, 2 with old mattress. 1 room has during all the night noise from the watter pump - kitchen: dishwasher outside and with mold - watter: during our stay we had 3 times no watter and had to go outside to restart a pump Terrace: - sunbeds are old and not comfortable - no lounge set - swimmingpool watter was dirty when we arrived, after a complain they putted chloor in a salted swimmingpool - view is amazing

We loved our stay here in Regina’s very special house. The views from the terrace are amazing. The house is so well equipped and comfortable. Lovely footpaths very close by. Outdoor kitchen great for BBQs. Such a great find. We look forward to coming back. .

Un séjour magnifique
Une maison avec une vue incroyable nichée en retrait dans la montagne qui apporte de la fraîcheur tout en etant 15mn de Soller. La maison est confortable et bien meublée. Une terrasse ombragée avec la piscine ou il fait bon manger prendre l'apéritif ou lézarder au soleil. L'accueil est parfait avec plein de précieux conseils. Merci Regina pour ce séjour magnifique. Tolle Lage, schöne urtümliche Finka und nette Gastgeberin
Die Lage in den Bergen ist mit einem Blick auf Soller und Port de Soller sehr schön. Die Finka liegt ruhig in den Bergen und mitten in der Natur. Alleine das umgebende Grundstück ist schon einen Spaziergang wert. Das Haus selber ist gepflegt, urtümlich (nicht negativ), gemütlich und hat uns begeistert. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und nett. Danke Regina für den schönen Aufenthalt
