Great location

This property was as advertised and we enjoyed having the patio, pool and ocean so close by. Great location with many restaurants and quiet at night. Two things to note, the patio steps to the pool are a little narrow and can be slippery and if you are using the tv room as sleeping quarters, you have to pass through it in order to get to the second bedroom. We loved staying here and would come again in the future. Thank you Martha for answering our questions.

Beautiful view

The property is a good location, you are able to walk almost everywhere and don’t need a car. It is right on the beach which is awesome, out the door and you are there. It needs some updating and the condo above us were noisy several nights to 3 AM. It would be good for the building to have a time set for people to quiet down.

They home was perfect for us with two bedrooms and a separate space with a convertible bed for our teen. The beach is nice out front and very swimmable. The pool is small and nice and could be a bit cleaner & updated (but there are tons of shrubs around it, dropping leaves, etc.). The house had excellent WiFi. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed. She even had a bag of ice in the freezer for us. The house manager, Marta is very sweet and always around to help if needed. We rented a car, but the home is within walking distance to Centro Bucerias. I would definitely recommend this home, but maybe not for toddlers, as there are about 6 steep stairs from the house to the pool that would be challenging. We would stay again for sure with our 3 teens.
