Das Haus der Familie Romeo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Am Besten hat uns der schöne Pool sowie die praktische Aussenküche gefallen. Wegen eines Blitzeinschlags in der Gegend hat das Wlan nicht mehr funktionniert, die Gastgeberin Sylvie hat das Problem jedoch schnellstmöglich gelöst. Vielen Dank für die erholsame Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder

Es war sehr schön
Wir waren durch unsere Tour über die Schweiz schon früher vor Ort als gedacht. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit Frau Gilles, konnten wir auch schon früher als geplant in das Ferienhaus. Da wir einen blinden Hund dabei hatten, war es ausgezeichnet das der Pool, durch den Zaun, absperrbar war. Was natürlich auch super ist wenn man Kleinkinder dabei hat, für die hier auch im Haus einiges an Ausstattung geboten wird. Der Pool war für uns ein Highlight der täglich zu Erfrischung genutzt wurde. Hier müsste man vielleicht nur nach der Lampe sehen die leider nicht mehr angeht. Das Haus war für 4 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendliche und 1 Kind ausreichend groß. Das Hochbett ist etwas wackelig, von daher hat mein Sohn lieber auf der unteren Etage übernachtet. Die Klimaanlage die jedes Schlafzimmer besitzt ist ein Segen bei den Temperaturen und der Schlaf war dadurch auch sehr gut möglich. Die Outdoor Küche mit großem Geschirrspüler war auch für die Menge an Personen optimal. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out. Der Tipp von dem kleinen Weg zu den Geschäften war übrigens auch super und wurde häufiger genutzt von uns. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne und erholsame Woche die wir hier erleben durften und empfehlen das Ferienhaus sehr gerne weiter.

Très belle maison, avec des prestations répondant à des vacances en famille, offrant des espaces pour les adultes et des enfants en bas âge comme pour les plus grands. Le plus : les toutous sont les bienvenus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la maison est top, sans parler du jardin et de la piscine. La situation est très bien aussi, au calme, proche des commerces et du lac Saint Cassien.

impeccable!
Semaine parfaite. La villa est comme dans la description, aucune surprise. Piscine très agréable, très grande terrasse avec 2 tables ainsi que sa cuisine extérieure et un coin « salon ». Elle est en retrait de la grande route par un chemin privé, ce qui la laisse au calme. Inutile de prendre la voiture pour aller chercher le petit déjeuné le matin, il suffit de passer par un chemin au fond du jardin pour se rendre aux commerces qui se trouvent a +- 1km (boulangerie, carrefour market, pharmacie …) pour les visites la voiture reste de mise. Dès votre arrivée, Sylvie vous accueille chaleureusement et vous fait visiter la villa et a toujours été disponible en cas de besoin. Un tout qui fait qu’on ne peut passer que de bonnes vacances, MERCI Laurent

Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und wir durften uns jederzeit an Sie wenden. Der Pool wär klasse und unsere drei Kinder konnten sich austoben. Kann dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Our great vacation in France
We have been at the house of Sylvie and Gilles for 2 weeks and had a super vacation. The house is comfortable and is really good equiped. We aspecially loved the pool and outdoor kitchen. We have 4 kids and they enjoyed the pool and all the toys very much! Sylvie was also very helpfull when we have a questions and was very responsive. (E.g. we asked to print tickets for a football match we wanted to visit). The house is also at walking distance from a bakery, supermarktet and some restaurants, very convient as well! In short: We had a great vacation in a great house. We absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a great and relaxing vacation in France. Fantastischer Urlaub

Superbe villa répondant à toutes ses promesses.Nous y avons passé deux semaines très agréables. Intérieur spacieux et bien conditionné. Jolie décoration. Familienurlaub Le Tignet Juni 2019
Wir waren eine Woche bei Sylvie und Gilles zu Gast und sind begeistert. Wir waren mit 9 Personen und Hund;-) (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Kleinkind) im Haus also die maximale Kapazität und hatten keinerlei Probleme. Das Haus und auch die Gesamtanlage sind groß genug sodass man, selbst mit 9 Personen, nie das Gefühl hatte sich ständig auf die Füße zu treten. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Man kann ankommen, einkaufen und fühlt sich gleich wohl. Besonders ist die Außenküche zu erwähnen, hier kann man wählen zwischen Holzkohlegrill mit Abzug oder Gasgrill, als die schnellere Option, zusätzlich stehen auch draußen Spüle, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Man kann also Lebensmittel und die wichtigen Getränke separat kühlen;-)Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind super, man kann im Prinzip alles draußen erledigen, sodass man immer zusammen ist und kein Kochgeruch im Haus hat. Das Haus ist clever aufgeteilt und mit zwei getrennten, vollwertigen Bädern sowie zwei separaten WCs auch für viele Personen ohne Streit gut nutzbar. Der Pool lässt auch keine Wünsche offen, viele Liegemöglichkeiten und Wasserspielzeuge, für die Kinder, sind vorhanden. Tischtennisplatte, Trampolin, Sandkasten, etc. runden alles ab. Es kam nie Langeweile auf. Der Ort bietet alles was man benötigt. Viele Auslfugsziele (Nizza, Cannes, Antibes) sind alle in unter einer Stunde Autofahrt zu erreichen obgleich man hier für 20Km etwas länger benötigt. Die Landschaft und Orte entschädigen aber gekonnt. Der unweite See ist toll und in circa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr hiflsbereit. Erwachsen, Kinder, Teenager und Hund sind alle auf ihre Kosten gekommen und mehr als zufrieden mit dem Urlaub. Es war toll, wir würden gern wieder kommen und können dieses Objekt sehr empfehlen. Perfect week away with children!
This villa was just what we wanted with three young children. Lots to entertain them and a short walk to the supermarket and a little pizza restaurant. Very close to the Lac St Cassein with lots of boats to hire and cafes for ice creams! Markers in Grasse and Fayence. Will definitely think of returning - thank you Sylvie and family 👍🏻😊

Second stay, just as good
This was our second stay at this beautiful located villa, and once again, we were not disappointed. Our party of 5 adults and two children enjoyed late summer days with sunbathing, swimming and cooking. We shared some minor details with the owners at checkout, and they responded gratefully. Nice house in a great area with everything to enjoy the holidays
We were there with 5 kids and 4 adults. The house is perfect with children - safe pool and a lot of toys for the kids. You can reach every nice city in the south of France in a appropriate time ( Canne, Nice and Saint Tropez) ... Sylvie and here family are very friendly and uncomplicated... We had a great time there - thank you 😉

Sehr schönes kinderfreundliches Ferienhaus
Wir, 2 Familien mit jeweils 2 kleinen Kindern waren 2 Wochen zu Gast im Ferienhaus von Familie Romeo. Das Haus ist toll und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Besonders unsere Kinder haben sich richtig wohl gefühlt. Es gibt so viele Spielmöglichkeiten, von einem großen Trampolin über ein kleines Haus, Sandkasten, Tischtennisplatte, allerlei Spielzeuge für drin und draußen. Und auch durch den abgesicherten Pool, zum einen durch den Zaun als auch durch einen Alarm, hatten wir immer ein sicheres Gefühl die Kinder draußen spielen zu lassen. Das Haus selbst ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders die Außenküche mit Holzkohle- sowie Gasgrill, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine wurde von uns sehr oft genutzt. Im EG befindet sich das sehr große Wohnzimmer, die offene Küche und ein WC; alle Schlafzimmer (4) sowie 2 Bäder und ein WC befinden sich im 1.OG. Die Treppe ist mit einem Gitter für die Kinder gesichert. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber dennoch sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Städte sehr gut zu erreichen. Für Ausflüge nach Cannes, Nizza, Monaco, St.Tropez oder auch Grasse liegt das Haus gut und man kann die meisten Städte in unter einer Stunde erreichen. In der Nähe ist auch ein größerer See, an dem man schön wandern kann. Direkt hinter dem Haus gibt es einen kleinen Weg an einem Fluß, mit dem man den nahegelegenen Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte in 10 Minuten erreichen kann. Familie Romeo, die auf dem Nachbargrundstück wohnt, war stets hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle als wir Fragen hatten. Trotz der Nähe sehr unaufdringlich und wir waren komplett für uns. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Familie Romeo in Le Tignet und denken schon darüber nach einen weiteren Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Beautiful property
We did not stay here because we didn't like the location. Sylvie was very understanding and didn't hesitate to return our deposit. The whole family were really lovely. It was a real shame because the villa was just as described but it was just too far out for us and the busy road meant you couldn't just walk out you would have had to travel everywhere in the car.
