Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge

Die kleine Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer liegt direkt an der Straße parallel zur Strandpromenade, sowohl Richtung Nizza als auch Richtung Antibes sind die Radwege sehr gut ausgebaut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants fußläufig, Museen mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Der Parkplatz zur Wohnung befindet sich innerhalb des geschlossenen Bereichs.

Un tres bel appartement, face à la mer. Propre, lumineux, tres bien équipé et parfaitement situé pour visiter la région. Tous les commerces de proximité et le marché à faire à pied depuis l'appartement. Un grand plus, la place de parking sécurisé dans la résidence.

Schönes Appartement in toller Strandlage

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen hier im Oktober und waren restlos begeistert. Alles was man benötigt, ist fußläufig erreichbar, für größere Einkäufe haben wir meist Supermärkte in der Nähe aufgesucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, alles lief problemlos. Der Ort eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Besuche der Metropolen Nizza, Monaco, Cannes und Saint-Tropez, aber auch kleinere Orte im Hinterland ( z.B. Eze-Village, St. Paul de Vence usw.) sind gut zu erreichen, auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Highlight ist natürlich die unmittelbare Strandlage bzw. der Blick aufs Meer, den wir von morgens bis abends genossen haben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Situation privilégiée

L'appartement est lumineux, presque les pieds sur la plage, confortable et calme coté chambre. L'hôtesse est très agréable et tout se règle simplement. La situation permet de se déplacer à pied pour les courses, les marchés et c'est particulièrement appréciable. Nous reviendrons !

Heerlijk verblijf aan de Boulevard van Cagnes sur Mer

De verhuurders waren zeer behulpzaam. Vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf. Er werd snel en duidelijk gereageerd op vragen. Het appartement is niet heel groot, maar ruim voldoende voor onze wensen. Het balkon met uitzicht over de boulevard, het strand en de zee zijn geweldig. Je moet het wel leuk vinden om aan de soms wat rumoerige boulevard te zitten. Wij vonden dat heerlijk! Een aanrader voor als je binnen vier minuten van je balkon op het strand wilt zitten!

Superbe vue mer

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à cagnes sur mer , l'appartement qui a une superbe vue mer est agréable et calme grâce à sa double baie vitrée qui isole bien le bruit , il est aussi bien ventilé car traversant et s'il fait chaud , la clim est un plus , la propriétaire est très sympatique et soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires .

Nous avons apprécier ce logement confortable qui possède une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les plus du logement sont une place de parking sécurisé ,la climatisation , la literie ,sa superficie , sa propreté ,sa décoration . La chambre donnant sur une cour intérieur , il n'y a aucun bruit la nuit.Nos hôtes Mr et Mme Decla sont très disponibles et remplis de gentillesse .
