This unparalleled luxury Villa accommodates a couple in a King bedroom. This luxury and comfortable Oceanfront Villa, Villa 1 Upper Level, features a spacious open living, dining and kitchen areas with huge space, and stunning views for the interior. A large sectional for relaxing or watching TV. The master bedroom have a King bed and a full bathroom.
You will find the Oceanside covered patio across the entire back of the villa, complete with a BBQ Grill, hammock, comfortable patio furniture, and the private Hot Tub upstairs at rooftop, perfect for relaxing in sunny Rincón!

Guests of Sunset Paradise Villas can enjoy the infinity swimming pool located upstairs, at Villa 3 shared rooftop terrace. This is the ideal place to enjoy the stunning Ocean and Sunsets view.
The property also enjoys direct access to the sea shore.
The shore of our beach is constantly changing, sometimes it has a lot of sand and sometimes the level drops. But the water is always crystal clear, the bottom is sandy, excellent for bathing, swimming and water sports.
Usually the water is calm, but in occasions where the sea is affected by some weather system.
When the sand level drops and access from the property is difficult, we have a sandy beach right next to the property. You don't need to take the car to get there.
You could book the whole Villa 1, Villa Grenda together with Villa Almarys (lower level) to make it a four-bedroom luxury and comfortable Villa for 8 guests.
Sunset Paradise Villas counts on eight villas, that can be booked separately or in combination, fitting maximum 50 guests. This is the perfect location for holidays as well as to organize an event.

Native to Puerto Rico, Jose Luis Quiñones the owner of Sunset Paradise Villas has been passionate about the Ocean since his early age as a Surfer in Toa Baja. Naturally born a business man, Jose Luis started his first business as a teenager building and confecting customized surf boards for Surfers from all over the Island. As an entrepreneur, being always true to his passion, the young Quiñones moved closed to the beach in the early 2000 to develop the first Surfers House in the Island’s North Shore in Vega Alta and Isabela, the first “All Inclusive Surfing Tour in Puerto Rico”. Shortly after, he developed La Villa in Aguada, a successful vacation rental property where he welcomed travelers from all over the world.
Always evolving and keeping up with the trends of the Market, in mid 2020 José Luis had the opportunity to acquire Sunset Paradise Villas, an exclusive private property in a privilege location, directly on the water in the beautiful town of Rincón. From renovations to the Villas accommodations and designs to the selection of water sports equipment and programs launched for all guests, the new owner came quickly to transform the Sunset Paradise Villas to offer a World Class experience for guests of all ages.

For transportation, it is advisable to rent a car, which will make it easier to travel the most distant parts of Rincón in a short time. Walking distances could be long.
The property is located from downtown about 5 minutes by car and about 30 minutes walking.
To the lighthouse and the surfing beaches it can take 11 minutes by car and more than an hour walking.
