Blick aufs Meer und nahe zum Strand

Das Haus liegt 2 min vom Strand entfernt, was super mit den Kindern war. Es lohnte sich also auch mal nur für 1 Stunde noch an den Strand zu gehen. Das Haus ist geräumig und war sauber geputzt, auch wenn man ihm an der ein oder anderen Stelle das Alter ansieht. Bei windigem Wetter waren wir um den kleinen Wintergarten mit Meerblick sehr dankbar. Auch mit der Ausstattung in der Küche waren wir zufrieden (für 6 Personen waren die vorhandenen Topfgrößen noch ausreichend). Alles in allem waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.

Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée toute proche de la mer. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très cordiale et il a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Wunderschönes Haus am Meer

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen, großzügigen Haus mit riesigem Grundstück. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komfortabel, so dass man sich auch mit einer größeren Gruppe (2 Familien) wohlfühlen kann und genügend Platz hat. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den Meerblick allgemein und den Wintergarten mit Meerblick insbesondere. Dort konnten wir uns auch wenn es windig war oder regnete prima aufhalten. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und zu schönen Spazierwegen hat uns natürlich ebenfalls gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und mit der Dame, die sich vor Ort um das Haus kümmert, war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Maison très agréable avec une vue superbe sur le mer

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse. La vue sur la mer est particulièrement appréciable, notamment par beau temps ! Le propriétaire est réactif et la personne en charge de la remise des clés sympathique.

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille, située à 200 m de la plage, dans un environnement magnifique et très calme. Location très bien équipée. Très bon accueil. Tous les ingrédients pour passer de belles vacances.

Maison très agréable, situation idéale

Maison lumineuse, avec vue sur mer partout, très spacieuse et bien équipée. Idéal pour se promener en bord de mer ou aller à la plage (une juste en dessous et d'autres facilement accessibles par le GR 34). La région est une source inépuisable de promenades et de paysages superbes ! Points + : couchage de bonne qualité, équipement complet pour cuisiner, épicerie de base fournie, moustiquaire dans une des chambres. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et la véranda, qui permet de dîner dehors même par temps un peu frais. Points - : murs intérieurs un peu défraîchis, vis-à-vis proche avec les maisons voisines.

Séjour en famille au calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La proximité de la plage et du sentier côtier permet de profiter de la mer sans prendre sa voiture. La maison est spacieuse et pratique. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est un endroit très agréable dont nous avons pu beaucoup profiter .

für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt gut geeignet

Super Lage, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt auch kein Problem. Es handelt sich um ein großes Haus. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, haben wir nur einen Teil genutzt. Es hat alles funktioniert (Küche, Waschmaschine, Fernseher usw.). Ein kleines Problem bei der WLAN- Verbindung wurde sofort vom Vermieter gelöst. Der Wohn- Essbereich und die Empore ist mit vielen Bildern, Fotos und Dekoartikeln sehr wohnlich. Nur die Sitzmöbel hätten bequemer sein können. Die Schlafzimmer haben gute Betten und Matratzen und sind praktisch eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass die Atlantikwitterung im Laufe der Jahre an Haus und Wintergarten genagt hat. Auch ist die Zufahrt aufs Grundstück direkt hinter dem Tor nur sehr vorsichtig befahrbar. Baumwurzeln haben das Pflaster teilweise erheblich angehoben. Schade war auch, das die Terrasse bei unserer Ankunft einen ungepflegten Eindruck machte: Blumenkübel mit vertrockneten Pflanzen, Laubresten und auch Unkraut im Pflaster. Das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis ist aus unserer Sicht auch wegen der Größe in Ordnung und wir können das Haus auch für Familien mit Kindern weiterempfehlen.

Large House with everything you need being only two of us we only used the ground floor very quiet peaceful area only Problem we had was contacting mrs lemetric to check in emailed Mr Chini within five minutes she was there so all good would recommend this property especially for large group or families Colin
