Lots of charm and character for this apartment with a fireplace located in the Old Village of Bonneval sur Arc.
Direct access in summer and winter, to unload luggage outside the door and to park on nearby parking facilities are constantly cleared of snow in winter.
Facing south with a separate entrance, "La Clavarine" offers a clear view of the surrounding mountains, while in the Old Village, close to shops (bakery, delicatessen / caterer, cheese ...), animations and tracks for children and beginners.
The 45 m² apartment has:
- An integrated kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, pressure cooker, coffee maker, kettle and electric toaster
- A living / dining room with television, sofa bed / trundle for 2 people (beds independent or close together),
- A bedroom with a four-poster double bed with curtains and two bunk beds
- A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet
- A stone fireplace, to enjoy the evenings by the fire,

- Ski storage room independent of the apartment.
