From the sea, recently renovated (August 2015) fully furnished, comprising: entrance hall, American kitchen complete with appliances and accessories + a very comfortable single sofa bed and half, 1 bathroom with tub and shower; 1 bedroom with six-door wardrobe with central mirror, chest of drawers with mirror, bedside tables and a double bed with container and hypoallergenic mattress; 1 bedroom with a bed, bedside table and three-door wardrobe with central mirror; half balcony with bay window. Quiet and sunny place has the advantage of being located in a fantastic seaside area close to the many tourist and historical places of Sicily, 800 meters away from the historic center.

Bellissime vacanze
La casa era buona attrezzata e pulita. E a un buon punto della città. Si può andare anche a piedi al centro o fare una passeggiata al porto. E tutto come descritto. Il Signore Arnaldo e stato molto gentile. La prossima volta che siamo a Licata riprenderemo volentieri l'appartamento.

Appartamento veramente comodo e pulito, mobilio veramente nuovo, descrizione veritiera, proprietario gentile e attento. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere il centro della città a piedi. Due settimane trascorse in modo tranquillo. Lo consiglio con vero piacere.

Des vacances en famille
Pour la première fois en vacances à Licata, grâce à M. Arnaldo, qui nous a accueillis comme de la famille ont passé trois jours merveilleux. La maison est grande et spacieuse fourni avec tout le confort. M. Arnaldo, bien qu'il n'a pas été prévu le petit déjeuner, nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée très savoureux bonbons locaux qui étaient assez pour notre séjour. Je le recommande à ceux qui cherchent à passer leurs vacances dans la paix. Certainement nous serons de retour l'année prochaine.

Buona posizione, appartamento ideale.
Posto delizioso, pulito, tranquillo ed accogliente. Una casa modena dotata di ogni comfort, Tv e Wi-Fi veloce. Posizione comoda poiché si trova a pochi minuti dal centro, dal Porto Turistico e dal mare. Proprietario simpatico e molto accogliente.

Un appartamento ideale
Agli altri viaggiatori che leggeranno questa mia recensione non darò la solita equazione "proprietario gentile= appartamento ok" perchè, tranne qualche possibile eccezione, un gestore o proprietario di casa vacanze ci mancherebbe che non sia gentile. E' invece molto importante che sia sensibile e attento alle necessità del suo ospite così come lo è stato Arnaldo che ha utilizzato la sua lunga esperienza di viaggi per trasferirla concretamente nell'impostazione logistica del suo appartamento e nella anticipazione di qualunque possibile difficoltà degli ospitati. Posso, tra l'altro, rilevare la grande pulizia dell'appartamento, la uniformità di stile di tutte le stoviglie ( e non la solita accozzaglia di pessima qualità), la grande ampiezza della cucina e della camera da letto e, specialmente, tutto in condizioni ottimali. Inoltre, a parte il solito detersivo per i piatti, io e mia moglie siamo rimasti stupiti dalla presenza di qualunque altro supporto necessario. Vorrei inoltre aggiungere che Arnaldo ci ha dato il benvenuto facendoci trovare alcune delle primizie gastronomiche siciliane. Per finire, che dire dell'ubicazione dell'appartamento? Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi sia dal centro che dai molti negozi vicini tra cui una rosticceria molto buona ed un eccellente panificio. Dimenticavo di annotare che il wifi gratuito è veramente veloce. Complimenti ad Arnaldo e buona vacanza a chi avrà la fortuna di alloggiare in questa casa. Aurelio
